    • Gives up three runs in rehab start
Gray (elbow) struck out two while allowing three earned runs on three hits and one walk across three innings Sunday in a rehab start for Single-A Kannapolis.

Advice: Gray tossed 43 pitches (26 strikes) in the outing, his first at any level since landing on the 15-day injured list April 9 with a right flexor strain. He's expected to shift his rehab assignment to Double-A Harrisburg during the upcoming week, and Gray will likely require an additional start in the minors after that before making his return from the IL. • Another solid showing
Flexen didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Red Sox, allowing two runs on two hits and two walks across five innings. He struck out three.

Advice: Both of the hits Flexen allowed went for extra-bases, with David Hamilton notching a solo homer in the fifth inning and Jarren Duran logging a triple in the fourth. In his last three starts, Flexen has allowed nine total hits and owns a 3.00 ERA with 13 strikeouts across 15.0 innings. He'll look to keep rolling in a projected start against the Diamondbacks on Friday. Rotowire.com 36 minutes ago

    • Nails six-out win
Jansen (2-1) picked up the win Sunday against the White Sox, allowing one hit and no walks with five strikeouts over two innings.

Advice: Jansen has made just one appearance since May 26 and the Red Sox made use of his fresh arm Sunday, bringing him in for the eighth and ninth innings with Boston trailing by one. The closer hadn't gone more than one inning in an appearance this season and set a career high in strikeouts, surpassing three Ks for the first time since 2017. Jansen is 9-of-10 in save chances and owns a 2.61 ERA. Rotowire.com 44 minutes ago
    • Logan O’Hoppe fills up box score, walks off Astros
Logan O’Hoppe had a monster day at the dish in Sunday’s 9-7 victory over the Astros, going 4-for-5 with a double and a walk-off home run.

Advice: The hard-hitting 24-year-old backstop reached on an error to start the sixth inning, swiped second base and scored on an RBI single off the bat of Mickey Moniak. He then led off the eighth inning with a double and scored on an RBI double by Zach Neto as the Angels rallied to tie the game. O’Hoppe saved the best for last though, tagging Astros’ closer Josh Hader for a 364-foot (96.4 mph EV) two-run blast on the first pitch that he saw in the ninth inning — sending the home faithful into a frenzy. With his four-hit afternoon, O’Hoppe is now hitting .269/.322/.446 with eight homers, 22 RBI and one solitary stolen base. Rotoworld 55 minutes ago

    • Carlos Estévez earns victory against Astros Sunday
Carlos Estévez picked up his first victory of the season on Sunday, working a scoreless ninth inning in a tied game against the Astros.

Advice: The 31-year-old hurler came on to work the top half of the ninth inning after the Angels had rallied to score two runs in the eighth to tie the game. Estevez retired the side in order — including a strikeout of Yainer Diaz — then became the beneficiary when the Angels walked it off in the home half of the inning. On the season, he sports a 4.05 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and a 19/3 K/BB ratio over 20 innings while recording 10 saves in 13 chances. Rotoworld 56 minutes ago
    • David Hamilton homers, doubles in Boston’s win
David Hamilton homered in the fifth and doubled and scored the tying run in the ninth as the Red Sox came back to beat the Red Sox 6-4 on Sunday.

Advice: Hamilton doubled off Tanner Banks, stole third and then scored on a sac fly to even the game at 4-4. The Red Sox then pulled ahead on a Jamie Westbrook sac fly in the 10th. Hamilton’s defense at shortstop is lacking and the 25% strikeout rate isn’t great, but he’s been quite good in hitting .282/.339/.436 with 13 steals in 127 plate appearances for the Red Sox. The speed makes him playable in mixed leagues for as long as he continues to start most of the time. Rotoworld Today, 4:48 pm

    • Chris Flexen holds Red Sox to two runs
Chris Flexen was uninvolved in the decision Sunday after allowing two runs in five innings versus the Red Sox.

Advice: This makes three straight solid outings for Flexen, though he hasn’t pitched more than five innings in any of them. He also hasn’t won since May 8. Still, he has a reasonable 4.47 ERA in nine starts since rejoining the White Sox rotation in late April. Rotoworld Today, 4:46 pm

    • Tanner Banks blows save chance in ninth
Tanner Banks got the call in the ninth Sunday against the Red Sox, but he blew the save by giving up a run.

Advice: Michael Kopech was unavailable after throwing 33 pitches Saturday, and the White Sox also decided against using Jordan Leasure, who threw 16 pitches in that one. Banks, on the other hand, did work for a second straight day after throwing 22 pitches last night. He gave up a run through a double, a stolen base and a sac fly. Kopech and Leasure remain the top two choices for saves in Chicago. Rotoworld Today, 4:46 pm

    • Pops second homer
Arias went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Arias saw a run of playing time in late May and early June, but he's slipped back into a utility role over the last week. The infielder has gone a modest 6-for-28 (.214) over his last 10 contests, though he's recorded three extra-base hits in that span. Arias is slashing .215/.250/.339 with two homers, four stolen bases, 11 RBI, 12 runs scored, seven doubles and a triple over 128 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Today, 4:36 pm
