      Advice: The White Sox releasing Pillar after a 4-for-25 start, only to watch him hit .431/.459/.759 with five homers in his first 17 games for the Angels, is undeniably the funniest thing to happen in 2024.       Davis Schneider went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI in Tuesday’s win over the White Sox.

      Advice: Schneider doubled to kick off the game, but his second double, which came in the second inning, drove in two runs to give the Blue Jays an early 3-0 lead. He would add another RBI in the sixth inning on a sacrifice fly to score George Springer, upping his RBI total to 28 on the season.       Advice: Kiner-Falefa extended his hitting streak to seven games when he singled to drive in George Springer in the top of the second inning. Kiner-Falefa now has nine homers and 15 RBI on the season and has slashed a solid .280/.304/.467 this month.       Advice: McCarthy was one of two Diamondbacks with a multi-hit effort Tuesday. He's logged a steal in each of his last two games, giving him five thefts on six attempts this season.       Advice: Buxton got on base in all four plate appearances, logging an infield single in the third frame and generating a triple in the fifth. It wasn't until the bottom of the eighth that Buxton came around to score, reaching via a base on balls and stealing second base before being plated by Edouard Julien on a base hit.       Advice: Refsnyder doubled off Grayson Rodriguez in the first inning before scoring on a Rafael Devers' base hit. He'd then cap the scoring in the ninth with a two-run, 419-foot homer off Keegan Akin to push Boston's lead to 8-3. It's just the second long ball of the year for Refsnyder, his first since April 19, though he's been swinging the bat well of late, going 11-for-29 (.379) in his last 10 contests.
