    • Exits with injury
Megill was removed from Tuesday's game against the Cubs after getting hit in the right arm by a line drive, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Advice: Megill entered Tuesday's game in the 10th inning and threw three pitches to Mike Tauchman before getting taking a 99-mph line drive off his right (throwing) arm. Megill immediately came out of the game and will presumably head into the clubhouse for imaging. The Brewers should have more information on his status following Tuesday's contest. • Alex Vesia notches six-out save against Mets
Alex Vesia recorded a six-out save on Tuesday against the Mets.

Advice: Vesia got the call to protect a three-run lead during the second half of Tuesday’s doubleheader at Citi Field and needed just 30 pitches (16 strikes) to record the final six outs. It was his second save of the season. There won’t be a ton of save chances for the 28-year-old lefty moving forward with closer Evan Phillips likely to return later this week from the injured list. • Raisel Iglesias nails down 13th save in win
Raisel Iglesias threw a scoreless ninth inning to earn a save in a 2-0 win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Iglesias struck out two and didn’t allow a hit as he picked up his 13th save of the season. He doesn’t get the respect that other elite closers get, but Iglesias has been one of the most reliable options in fantasy baseball for a while now. He has a 2.21 ERA on the season and figures to remain near the league-leaders in saves as the season goes on. Rotoworld 34 minutes ago
    • Mason Miller shuts door on Rays for 11th save
Mason Miller earned a save by preserving a 3-0 win over the Rays on Tuesday.

Advice: Miller, who hadn’t pitched in two days, didn’t make it easy on himself. After getting the first two batters out, he allowed a single to Yandy Diaz and walked Brandon Lowe to bring the tying run to the plate before striking out Isaac Paredes to end the game. It was his 11th save of the year to go along with a 1.88 ERA. He has emerged as one of the most dominant relievers in baseball and with the A’s proving to be more competitive than many expected, Miller should easily eclipse the 20-save mark this year if he can stay healthy. • Zack Littell takes tough luck loss to A’s
Zack Littell allowed three runs (none earned) on five hits in seven innings in a loss to the Athletics on Tuesday.

Advice: Littell also struck out nine and walked just one. A Brandon Lowe fielding error got the sixth inning started, and after a walk, Littell was able to get two outs before giving up a three-run shot to Miguel Andujar. That was the difference in the game. The 28-year-old had a dominant performance from his splitter on Tuesday and rode it to a 31 percent whiff rate and 32 percent CSW overall. He’ll now take a 3.03 ERA into a showdown this weekend with the Orioles where he’ll be a risky option in fantasy leagues. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago

    • Mitch Spence shuts out Rays in win
Mitch Spence threw 5 1/3 shutout innings, allowing just one hit while striking out four in a win over the Rays.

Advice: This was just Spence’s third start of the season and the first time he’s thrown at least five innings this season. This feels like a bit of a best-case scenario for the 25-year-old, who had just six whiffs on 44 swings for a 14 percent whiff rate and 23 percent CSW. Spence relies heavily on a slider-cutter combination that he threw 80 percent of the time on Tuesday and kept the Rays from squaring anything up. Even though Spence has a 3.52 ERA on the season, he should not be started against the Braves this weekend. Rotoworld 55 minutes ago

    • Rockies outright Matt Koch to Triple-A
Rockies sent RHP Matt Koch outright to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Advice: Koch unsurprisingly went unclaimed on waivers after being designated for assignment last week by Colorado. The 33-year-old righty could wind up electing free agency, but will likely stick around as extra organizational depth. Rotoworld Today, 5:06 pm

    • Returns from COVID-19 IL
The Yankees reinstated Hamilton from the COVID-19 injured list Tuesday.

Advice: Hamilton landed on the IL on May 20, and he'll now return to the Yankees' bullpen after being out of action for one day more than the seven-day minimum. The 28-year-old sports a 3.18 ERA through 22.2 innings this season, and he figures to slide right back into a high-leverage role now that he's healthy. Rotowire.com Today, 4:52 pm
    • Yankees activate Ian Hamilton on Tuesday
Yankees activated RHP Ian Hamilton from the COVID-19 injured list.

Advice: Hamilton rejoins New York’s bullpen for Tuesday’s series opener against the Angels following a one-week absence on the COVID-19 injured list. Rotoworld Today, 4:36 pm
