    • Yields one run in quality start
Harrison allowed one run on four hits and no walks while striking out three batters over 6.1 innings in a no-decision against Houston on Monday.

Advice: Harrison had just nine whiffs and three punchouts in the outing, but he kept the Astros off the scoreboard until the seventh frame. The left-handed hurler finished with his second straight quality start and allowed fewer than three runs for the first time since May 7. Harrison hasn't given up more than four earned runs in any of his 14 starts this season, though, helping him maintain a respectable 3.96 ERA despite a mediocre 1.33 WHIP and 68:22 K:BB across 77.1 innings. • Kyle Harrison strong for six against Astros
Kyle Harrison surrendered one run over six innings Monday in a no-decision against the Astros.

Advice: Harrison went without walking a batter for the second straight outing tonight and lowered his ERA to 3.96. There isn’t much mixed-league value here yet, but he’ll get there eventually if he continues to lower his walk rate. Rotoworld 18 minutes ago

    • Spencer Arrighetti holds Giants to one run
Spencer Arrighetti pitched 5 2/3 innings of one-run ball Monday against the Giants.

Advice: Arrighetti didn’t seem sharp early as the Giants ran up his pitch count, but he managed to pitch his way out of trouble in the first three innings and was better afterwards. He’s a streaming option in mixed leagues, and he rates as a nice play with the Tigers up next. Rotoworld 18 minutes ago
    • Logan Gilbert gets no-decision after quality start
Logan Gilbert was left with a no-decision Monday after allowing three runs in 6 2/3 innings against the White Sox.

Advice: Gilbert struck out eight and walked none. The Mariners have struggled mightily to score runs while Gilbert is in the game, but they did score eight after he left to win tonight. Gilbert is just 3-4 in spite of a 3.19 ERA and an 84/20 K/BB in 90 1/3 innings. Rotoworld 40 minutes ago

    • Erick Fedde excels for seven before pen implodes
Erick Fedde surrendered one run in seven-plus innings Monday in a no-decision against the Mariners.

Advice: It would have been seven scoreless innings for Fedde had he been pulled then, but Pedro Grifol thought he was the best choice to start the eighth. Grifol then quickly changed his mind after a leadoff homer. Fedde was pulled from a 4-1 game at that point, only to sit and watch as the White Sox bullpen blew the game. With a 3.10 ERA through 14 starts, Fedde is counting the days until he’s traded to a major league team. Rotoworld 40 minutes ago

    • Michael Kopech blows three-run lead in eighth
Michael Kopech gave up three runs in the eighth to take a blown save Monday in the loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Look, we’re not totally blaming Pedro Grifol for tonight’s loss, but that stuff like this keeps happening to the White Sox hardly seems like a coincidence. Grifol left his starter in to begin the eighth in a 4-0 game tonight, only to pull him immediately after a leadoff homer. Kopech, the White Sox’s primary closer, then came in with no outs in the eighth and struggled in retiring just two of the eight batters he faced. That made it a tie game going into the ninth, and Jordan Leasure, the top fallback to Kopech, wound up surrendering a walkoff grand slam, of all things. Everything is a disaster with the White Sox now, and while Kopech still offers value for teams desperate for saves, it’s hard to argue for him in shallow leagues, especially with the way Grifol is treating him. • Falls to Padres on Monday
Estes (2-2) took the loss against San Diego on Monday, allowing three runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out three batters over five innings.

Advice: Estes managed to get through two scoreless frames but gave up one run in each of his final three innings. Two of the tallies came on solo homers -- one by Jake Cronenworth and the other by Fernando Tatis. Estes had allowed just one run on three hits over 11.1 frames across his previous two starts coming into Monday, and he's allowed one or zero runs in half of his six MLB starts so far this season. That should give him plenty of buffer room in holding onto a big-league starting role, especially considering the injuries that have hit the Athletics' rotation. Rotowire.com 50 minutes ago

    • Splendid in victory Monday
Cease (6-5) earned the win over Oakland on Monday, allowing one run on eight hits and one walk while striking out eight batters over six innings.

Advice: Cease surrendered a solo homer to Tyler Soderstrom in the second inning, but that was the only run the A's managed to score against him. The right-handed hurler racked up 15 whiffs among his 104 pitches and gave up fewer than three runs for the first time since May 8. Cease entered Monday with a 5.86 ERA over his previous five starts, and he went 0-3 during that span. However, he still holds a solid 3.36 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 101:23 K:BB over 83 innings on the season. Rotowire.com Today, 10:23 pm

    • Let down by bullpen after QS
Fedde allowed one run on five hits and one walk while striking out four batters over seven innings in a no-decision against Seattle on Monday.

Advice: Fedde was brilliant through seven scoreless frames before Dominic Canzone tagged him for a solo homer leading off the eighth. That spelled the end of Fedde's outing, but he departed in line for the victory with a 4-1 lead. However, Michael Kopech entered and gave up three runs, wiping out the advantage and forcing Fedde to settle for a no-decision. Despite the late letdown, this was nice bounce-back for the right-hander after he gave up seven earned runs across 10 innings over his previous two starts. He's in the midst of a career-best campaign with a 3.10 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 77:23 K:BB through 81.1 frames. Rotowire.com Today, 10:03 pm
