    • Solid in fifth win
Abbott (5-5) went five innings, allowing one run on five hits while walking four and striking out five Saturday vs the Cubs

Advice: Abbott struggled a bit with his command in this one as he tied a season-high with four walks but still managed to get through five innings to get the win. Abbott has now won four of his last six starts and has allowed two runs or fewer in 10 of his 13 starts thus far. The 25-year-old lefty has been a key cog in the Reds rotation this year, and he will take a 3.28 ERA into his start vs the first-place Brewers next week. Rotowire.com 40 minutes ago
    • Won't play Sunday
Devers was removed from Saturday's 6-1 loss to the White Sox with left knee soreness and won't play in Sunday's series finale, Sean McAdam of MassLive.com reports. He went 0-for-2 with a walk before exiting.

Advice: Manager Alex Cora said post game that Devers reported soreness in his left knee -- the same knee that forced Devers to miss nearly a week in late April -- which led to Devers' removal in the eighth inning. Cora will play it safe with the stud third baseman, giving him a day off Sunday. The Red Sox have a team day off Monday, so Devers' return to the lineup should come Tuesday against Philadelphia. • Limits Rays to one hit
Bradish (2-0) earned the win over Tampa Bay on Saturday, allowing one hit and no walks while striking out nine batters over six scoreless innings.

Advice: Bradish was given two extra days of rest after struggling against the Rays in his previous start, and the extra time off proved to be a remedy to getting him back on the track. The right-hander allowed an infield single to the first batter he faced in the outing, then retired the final 18 hitters to step up to the plate against him. Bradish is still easing his way back after missing the first month of the campaign due to an elbow injury, which explains why he was pulled after just 88 pitches, but that was enough for him to pick up both his second win and second quality start. If he returns to pitching on a regular five-day schedule, Bradish is next lined up for a tough road matchup against Atlanta. Rotowire.com Today, 5:48 pm

    • Rafael Devers leaves game with sore knee Saturday
Rafael Devers was removed from Saturday’s battle against the White Sox due to soreness in his knee.

Advice: Red Sox’ manager Alex Cora told reporters after the game that, “His knee is bothering him.... hopefully it’s nothing worse than a little bit of soreness.” Devers said after the game that he won’t play on Sunday, but is hoping to return to action on Tuesday. For fantasy managers relying on him for next week, it’d be wise to have a contingency option in place in the event that Devers winds up missing a few games. Rotoworld Today, 4:35 pm

    • Bradish dominates the Rays for six innings
Kyle Bradish threw six shutout innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 5-0 victory over the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: Bradish gave up one hit, walked none and struck out nine. He was outstanding as he bounced back from a rough last start. Bradish recorded 14 whiffs and had a 34 percent CSW. He’s now won two of his last three starts. If Bradish can stay healthy for the rest of the year, he’ll be one of the best pitchers in fantasy. The 27-year-old right-hander is set to face the Braves at home next week. Rotoworld Today, 4:09 pm

    • David Bednar strikes out two in scoreless inning
David Bednar struck out two batters in a scoreless ninth inning against the Twins on Saturday.

Advice: The Pirates plated three runs in the bottom of the eighth to go up by four, putting a save situation out of reach for Bednar, who took over to close it out in the top of the ninth. He worked around a base hit, striking out two in a scoreless frame. The 29-year-old right-hander has been excellent after a slow start. He’s allowed just three runs over 17 1/3 innings since the start of May while converting eight of his 13 saves. Rotoworld Today, 4:00 pm
    • Abbott picks up fifth win against Cubs Saturday
Andrew Abbott allowed one run in five innings and got the win in the Reds’ 4-3 victory over the Cubs on Saturday.

Advice: Abbott gave up five hits, walked four and struck out five. The win was his fifth in 13 starts this year. He’s now won three of his last four starts. While Abbott has a 3.28 ERA on the season, his xFIP is significantly higher at 4.61. He’s benefitted from a .246 BABIP and 84 percent left on base percentage while striking out only 18 percent of batters this year. Abbott will need to miss more bats to avoid regression over the rest of the season. The 25-year-old left-hander is set to face the Brewers on the road next week.

    • Getting Saturday off
Bailey isn't in the Giants' lineup Saturday against the Rangers.

Advice: The switch-hitting Bailey only holds a .656 OPS against left-handed pitching this season, and he'll take a seat Saturday versus Andrew Heaney and the Rangers. Curt Casali will catch for Spencer Howard instead while batting eighth. Rotowire.com Today, 12:29 pm

    • Day off Saturday
Diaz isn't in the Rockies' lineup Saturday against St. Louis.

Advice: Diaz will take a seat Saturday after going 1-for-7 with two walks through the first two games of the series. Jacob Stallings will instead get the nod to start at catcher while batting sixth. Rotowire.com Today, 11:28 am
