Stanek eventually became the pitcher of record when the Mariners took a lead in the top of the eighth that held for the last two frames, giving him his second win of the campaign.     Guardians general manager Chris Antonetti told reporters Sunday that the hope is that Steven Kwan (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment in the next 7-10 days.

    Advice: Kwan was able to take batting practice Friday and has reportedly made steady progress from the hamstring strain that has sidelined him since the middle of May.
