• Brandon Nimmo has two hits, two RBI in win
Brandon Nimmo went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in a win over the Padres.

Advice: Nimmo got the scoring going with an RBI double in the fourth inning and then tacked on an extra run with an RBI single in the eighth. It’s been a tough year for the 31-year-old, but he has two hits in each of the two games against the Padres, so perhaps he can turn it into a much better summer. Rotoworld 15 minutes ago

  • Homers again in win
Thomas went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored in a 4-0 win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Thomas doubled and scored a run in the first inning then added a solo home run in the third. The home run was Thomas' second in as many days, and he now has a nine-game hit streak dating back to June 6. Since returning from a knee injury on May 27, Thomas is hitting .301 with four home runs and five stolen bases in 73 at-bats. Rotowire.com 17 minutes ago

  • Jackson Merrill power binge continues in loss
Jackson Merrill went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Mets on Saturday.

Advice: Merrill launched a 411-foot blast against Jose Quintana for his seventh home run of the season. The rookie now has four home runs in his last three games. All of them have also been solo shots. Merrill was billed as primarily a batting average asset who wouldn’t provide much power, so it’s nice to see him starting to show some pop. Even pushing 15-20 home runs in a season would be a big boost to his fantasy value. Rotoworld 21 minutes ago

  • Crosses plate twice in win
Springer went 1-for-3 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Guardians.

Advice: It's the first time since May 29 that Springer has scored multiple runs. Consistent success at the plate continues to elude the veteran outfielder -- he's batting just .156 (7-for-45) in June with one homer, one steal, three RBI and six runs over 13 games. • Three more hits Saturday
Kwan went 3-for-4 in Saturday's 5-0 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: The Guardians only managed eight hits in total on the day, all singles, but Kwan still kept rolling from the leadoff spot. The 26-year-old has hit safely in 10 straight games since returning from a hamstring injury, batting an incredible .500 (19-for-38) over that stretch to push his slash line on the season to .386/.447/.538 with four homers, three steals, 16 RBI and 39 runs in 42 contests. • Swats seventh homer
Happ went 2-for-3 with a walk and a three-run home run in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: The 29-year-old outfielder took John King deep in the seventh inning, Happ's first homer in June. The performance snapped a 1-for-24 slump over his prior seven games, and on the season he's slashing .218/.328/.376 over 65 contests with seven homers, five steals, 32 runs and 33 RBI. • Homers twice in win
Santander went 2-for-2 with two home runs and four RBI in a 6-2 win over the Phillies on Saturday.

Advice: Santander tied the game on a solo home run in the fourth inning then gave the Orioles the lead on a sacrifice fly in the sixth. He later added a two-run homer in the eighth. Santander continued his June power binge, homering for the eighth time in 15 contests this month. On the season, Santander is now slashing .231/.307/.498 with 17 home runs and 42 RBI hitting in the heart of one of the league's best lineups. Rotowire.com 59 minutes ago

  • Riley Greene homers twice in win
Riley Greene went 4-for-5 with two home runs, six RBI and two runs scored in a 13-5 win over the Astros on Saturday.

Advice: Greene didn’t hit for a ton of power last year while recovering from a shoulder injury, so there was a narrative that he was more of a slap hitter, but that was never the case. The 23-year-old is now up to 14 home runs on the season to go along with 36 RBI and a .836 OPS. He looks to be in the midst of a full-on breakout and has a bright fantasy future ahead of him. • Chas McCormick hits HR in loss to Tigers
Chas McCormick went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run in a loss to the Tigers on Saturday.

Advice: McCormick didn’t start this game, but all five Astros’ runs were driven in by players who were on the bench for the first pitch. The home run was McCormick’s first of the season but was a no-doubted, hit 428 feet at 106.5 mph. He’s battled through injuries this year and is hitting just .209 on the season, but Jake Meyers has also started to struggle, so there is a chance that McCormick could push for more playing time if he can start swinging the bat well.
