      Brandon Pfaadt logged a quality start in Wednesday afternoon’s loss to the Nationals, giving up three runs on five hits across his 6 1/3 innings of work.

      Advice: The 25-year-old right-hander astonishingly did not record a strikeout in the contest while issuing four free passes. Still, he managed to keep the Nats off the board completely until Jesse Winker’s go-ahead two-run shot in the sixth inning.
