    • Slugs league-leading 14th homer
Henderson went 1-for-3 with his major league-leading 14th home run in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Not only was it flamethrowing reliever Andres Munoz who Henderson took deep in the ninth inning, but he did so to the opposite field and over the 13-foot wall in left field in an impressive showing of power. It cut the Mariners' lead to one at the time, but that was as close as the Orioles would get. It was the second game in a row with a homer for Henderson, who also drew a pair of walks Saturday. • Nails down save No. 8
Munoz allowed a run but hung on to notch his eighth save of the season in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Orioles.

Advice: Gunnar Henderson made things interesting with a two-out, solo home run, but Munoz quickly bounced back in setting down Adley Rutschman swinging to end it. Henderson's long ball represents the only run Munoz has allowed over his last 10 appearances, and he boasts a 15:1 K:BB over 12 innings during that span. Rotowire.com 34 minutes ago
    • Dazzles in return from injured list
Rodriguez didn't factor into the decision Saturday against the Mariners, yielding just one hit and three walks over six shutout innings. He recorded seven strikeouts.

Advice: Rodriguez missed a little more than two weeks with right shoulder inflammation and made his return Saturday without going out on a rehab assignment first. He certainly showed that he didn't need one, as didn't give up his first and only hit on the night until there was one out in the sixth inning (and even that was just an infield single). Rodriguez was limited to just 82 pitches in his first start back, but he still managed to complete six frames because he was so efficient. The righty displayed his normal velocity and induced 13 swinging strikes on his 82 pitches. Rodriguez missed out on a win after the Orioles' bullpen struggled, but he looked as good as his fantasy managers could have hoped for. Rotowire.com 41 minutes ago

    • Rafael Devers homers in fourth straight game
Rafael Devers hit a solo homer in a loss to the Cardinals on Saturday.

Advice: That’s the fourth-consecutive game that Devers has gone deep. The 27-year-old now has eight homers and 19 RBI on the season, and fantasy managers have to be thrilled to see the third baseman driving the baseball over the fence as of late. Obvious point could be obvious. Rotoworld 44 minutes ago

    • Nolan Gorman homers in win over Red Sox
Nolan Gorman went 2-for4 with a homer and two RBI in a 7-2 win for the Cardinals over the Red Sox on Saturday.

Advice: Gorman smashed a solo homer in the second inning of Kutter Crawford — the only run Crawford allowed in the outing — and he drove in his second run with a single in the eighth inning to give him 18 RBI and doubled the St. Louis lead to 4-2. Gorman now has seven homers on the season, but even with the two hits and two RBI, his .201/.293/.396 slash qualifies as a disappointment thus far. Rotoworld 48 minutes ago

    • Mikolas allows one over five in start vs. Red Sox
Miles Mikolas only allowed one run over five innings against the Red Sox on Saturday, but he didn’t factor into the decision.

Advice: Mikolas allowed just two hits in the start, with one of those being a homer to Rafael Devers. The right-hander also walked one and struck out four in one of his best outings of the 2024 campaign. That’s a bit of faint praise considering he came into this start with a 6.19 ERA, but, it is what it is. The Cubs are next for Mikolas. Rotoworld 49 minutes ago

    • Kutter Crawford allows one run in no-decision
Kutter Crawford only allowed one run over 5 2/3 innings in a no-decision against the Cardinals on Saturday.

Advice: Crawford pitched well, but so did his pitching counterpart Miles Mikolas, so there’s no W for the 28-year-old. Crawford bounced back nicely from a shaky start against the Ray on Monday, and in the process he lowers his ERA to a strong 2.17. There was reason to believe Crawford could help fantasy rosters, but no one could have seen this coming. Rotoworld 49 minutes ago

    • Jake Meyers hits solo homer in loss to Brewers
Jake Meyers hit a solo homer in a loss to the Brewers on Saturday.

Advice: Meyers got the Astros to within a run with a solo homer in the fifth off of Bryse Wilson. The outfielder also singled twice for a three-hit game, and it bumps his average up to .286. He’s quietly put together a strong first third of the season even while the Astros have disappointed as a collective. Rotoworld 59 minutes ago

    • McArthur picks up 11th save Saturday
James McArthur allowed two hits, struck out two and picked up his 11th save against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: McArthur allowed back-to-back singles to start the ninth inning before getting Abraham Toro to line out and striking out JJ Bleday. He then struck out Brent Rooker with the game on the line. McArthur’s ERA is 4.35, but he continues to rack up the saves for Royals and fantasy managers. Rotoworld Today, 6:56 pm
