    • Giants recall Landen Roupp from Triple-A
Giants recalled RHP Landen Roupp from Triple-A sacramento.

Advice: Roupp is back and could be inline for work as a bulk option for the Giants with Spencer Bivens starting Sunday’s contest against the Dodgers. The right-hander has a 5.27 ERA in his 13 2/3 innings with San Francisco prior to being demoted at the beginning of May. Spencer Howard was designated for assignment to make room on the roster. • Cardinals remove Ingram from 40-man roster
Cardinals designated LHP Kolton Ingram for assignment.

Advice: Ingram is removed from the 40-man roster to make room for Jacob Bosiokovic with Bosiokovic called up to St. Louis in the corresponding transaction. Ingram will now be on the waiver wire, and if he goes unclaimed there’s a good chance he remains in Triple-A Memphis. Rotoworld Sunday, 10:00 am
    • Mets select contract of LHP Tyler Jay
Mets selected the contract of LHP Tyler Jay.

Advice: Jay is one of two new bullpen arms for the Mets, with Matt Festa joining him on the way up. Jay went unclaimed after being designated for assignment in April, and he’ll provide middle-inning depth while he is with the team during this tour. Rotoworld Sunday, 9:45 am

    • DFA'd by St. Louis
The Cardinals designated Ingram for assignment Sunday.

Advice: The left-hander was claimed off waivers from the Rangers in early May but never reached the big leagues with the Cardinals before being removed from the 40-man roster. Ingram has a 4.26 ERA in 20 appearances at the Triple-A level with three organizations this season. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:20 am
    • Contract selected
The Mets selected Jay's contract from Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday.

Advice: The left-hander was called up for his MLB debut in April but was removed from the 40-man roster after making just two appearances. Jay has a 2.00 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 23:4 K:BB over 36 innings at Triple-A this season and will now receive another look in the majors. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:14 am

    • Nails down 12th save
Hader struck out two in a perfect inning to earn the save in Saturday's 9-6 win over the Mets.

Advice: The Astros' late comeback resulted in a save chance, and Hader converted with ease. He's picked up five saves over 11 outings in June while surrendering four runs and posting a 16:1 K:BB across 10.2 innings for the month. Overall, he's 12-for-13 in save chances with a 3.68 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 59:11 K:BB through 36.2 innings this season, with the Astros' mediocre play being the main reason for his reduced saves total, though the team is trending up by going 9-2 over the last two weeks. • Hader picks up 12th save against Mets Saturday
Josh Hader tossed a scoreless ninth inning and picked up the save against the Mets on Saturday.

Advice: Hader’s save was his 12th of the season and fifth of June. He struck out two batters in the process. After allowing nine runs in his first 11 appearances, Hader’s allowed only six runs in his last 24 appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:45 pm
    • Contract selected
The Brewers selected Zastryzny's contract from Triple-A Nashville on Saturday.

Advice: Zastryzny has spent all season with Nashville after signing a minor-league deal with Milwaukee during the offseason, putting up a 3.18 ERA and 0.93 WHIP alongside a 38:8 K:BB through 28.1 innings. The 32-year-old southpaw will now join the Brewers to replace Jared Koenig (forearm), who landed on the injured list, and Zastryzny will presumably work in middle relief during his stint with Milwaukee. Chris Roller was designated for assignment in order to open up a 40-man roster spot. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:15 am

    • Brewers add Rob Zastryzny to bullpen on Saturday
Brewers selected the contract of LHP Rob Zastryzny from Triple-A Nashville.

Advice: Zastryzny continues his tour of the NL Central by joining Milwaukee’s bullpen mix ahead of Saturday’s game against the Cubs with fellow southpaw Jared Koenig headed to the injured list due to left forearm tendinitis. The 32-year-old journeyman lefty has made 45 appearances (two starts) in the big leagues dating back to 2016. Rotoworld Saturday, 9:10 am
