    • Continues piping hot June
Santana went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, double and an additional run scored Thursday against the Rays.

Advice: Santana extended his modest hit streak to six games and posted his second three-hit game of the season while blasting his 12th home run. The 38-year-old veteran has found the fountain of youth in the month of June, going 20-for-55 (.364) with four homers, five doubles, 15 RBI, 10 runs and even managing a couple of steals through 16 games this month. • Heliot Ramos stays hot with 10th homer in loss
Heliot Ramos blasted a three-run homer on Thursday in the Giants’ loss to the Cardinals at Rickwood Field in Birmingham, Alabama.

Advice: Ramos put San Francisco on the board with a no-doubter to right field in the third inning off Cardinals starter Andre Pallante for his 10th round-tripper of the season. The 24-year-old post-hype prospect has put together a pretty remarkable breakout campaign so far, batting .307 (46-for-150) with 10 homers, 35 RBI and one steal through 39 games. He’s homered eight times in 18 games since June 1. Unreal. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:05 pm

    • Ryan Helsley secures MLB-leading 25th save
Ryan Helsley fired a scoreless ninth inning on Thursday against the Giants to record his major league-leading 25th save of the season.

Advice: Helsley was summoned to protect a narrow one-run lead at historic Rickwood Field in Birmingham, Alabama and made things interesting by issuing a leadoff walk to Trenton Brooks and surrendering a two-out single to Patrick Bailey, which put the potential tying run in scoring position. He managed to wriggle out of the jam by striking out Matt Chapman to extinguish the threat. The hard-throwing 29-year-old righty has converted 25 of 26 save chances this season to go along with a sparkling 2.45 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 38/13 K/BB ratio across 33 innings (33 appearances). Simply put, he’s been one of the best closers in baseball this year. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:00 pm
    • Homers in return to lineup
Judge went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in Thursday's loss to the Orioles.

Advice: Judge did his best to bring the Yankees back from a large deficit early with a two-run shot in the third and an RBI single in the fifth, but his effort would fall well short as Baltimore's offense exploded for 17 runs. The long ball was the outfielder's 28th of the season, which leads the majors, and he's now recorded at least one RBI in seven of his last 11 games. Judge is batting .418 in June following Thursday's performance with seven home runs, 22 RBI and 17 runs scored. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:18 pm

    • Struggles in no-decision
Irvin did not factor into the decision in a win over the Yankees on Thursday, allowing five runs on five hits and two walks over 4.2 innings while striking out two.

Advice: Irvin had a hard time with the Yankees' lineup for much of the afternoon, allowing runs in three of the five innings in which he appeared before being relieved by Bryan Baker. The lefty surrendered two home runs in the contest, something he hadn't done in any of his previous starts coming in, while also matching his season high with five runs allowed. Irvin had gone at least five innings in four consecutive starts prior to Thursday's game and will look to bounce back next week when the Orioles take on the Guardians in Baltimore. • Aaron Judge slugs 27th homer in return to lineup
Aaron Judge went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and three RBI on Thursday in the Yankees’ blowout loss to the Orioles.

Advice: Judge returned to the Yankees lineup for Thursday afternoon’s showdown against Baltimore after missing only one game with left hand contusion. The home run was his 27th of the season and he’s already up to 67 RBI. Fantasy managers can exhale with the return of one of the best hitters in the game and based on this contest, it doesn’t seem like the hand is bothering him at all. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:49 pm

    • Irvin allows five in no-decision Thursday
Cole Irvin allowed five runs in 4 2/3 innings and got a no-decision in the Orioles’ 17-5 victory over the Yankees on Thursday.

Advice: Irvin gave up five hits, walked two and struck out two. He didn’t complete five innings and thus didn’t qualify for the win in the Orioles’ blowout victory, a brutal beat for fantasy managers. Irvin is having a solid year with a 3.45 ERA and six wins. The 30-year-old left-hander is set to face the Guardians at home next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:32 pm

    • Carlos Santana homers, gets three hits in loss
Carlos Santana went 3-for-5 with a homer in a loss to the Rays on Thursday in extra-innings.

Advice: Santana’s homer made it 6-3 in the ninth, and Minnesota scored three more runs to take the game into extras before falling. The 38-year-old has gone deep 12 times, and while he hasn’t helped much in the average category (.247), he’s been a solid power-producer; particularly since scuffling over the first three weeks. • Charlie Blackmon remains out of the Rockies lineup
Charlie Blackmon (hamstring) is not in the Rockies’ lineup on Thursday against the Dodgers.

Advice: It’s unfortunate timing for Blackmon, who was hitting over .300 over his last two weeks but now finds himself battling an injury during a week in which the Rockies will play all their games at home. For fantasy managers who picked Blackmon up, it’s OK to move on from him in shallower formats since it’s not a given he returns on Friday. Elehuris Montero will DH and hit fifth on Thursday.
