    Bobby Witt Jr. crushed his 13th home run of the season on Tuesday night, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Royals to victory over the Rays.

    Advice: The 24-year-old superstar got the Royals on the board with his 399-foot (108.0 mph EV) solo shot off of Kevin Kelly in the sixth inning. That would be his lone hit in four at-bats on the night.     Advice: Rafaela hit a three-run home run off Valente Bellozo in the fourth inning to break the game open for the Red Sox. He hit .315 in June and stayed productive to open July with his first home run since June 17. On the season, the 23-year-old is hitting .244 with nine home runs, 44 RBI, 40 runs scored and 10 steals over 304 plate appearances while primarily splitting time between center field and shortstop.     Advice: Turner hit a solo homer in the top of the third inning to give the Phillies a 3-0 lead and later returned to hit a two-run shot in the fifth inning to push the lead to 5-1. The Phillies start shortstop now has five homers on the season and has hit safely in five of his last six games. Turner is slashing a solid .338/.386/.487 on the season but hasn’t offered much as far as steals are concerned, which could be chalked up to the hamstring injury he returned from a few weeks ago.     Ceddanne Rafaela clobbered a three-run homer on Tuesday in the Red Sox’ lopsided win over the Marlins.

It was his ninth round-tripper of the season and first time leaving the yard since June 17. The versatile 23-year-old is on pace for a 20-homer, 20-steal rookie campaign at the moment.
