    • Homer, stolen base in win
Schwarber went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, an additional RBI, a walk and a stolen base in Wednesday's 6-1 victory over the Giants.

Advice: He got the Phillies started with an opposite-field homer off Kyle Harrison to lead off the first inning. Schwarber drove in a second run with a base hit in the eighth, extending Philadelphia's lead to 5-0. It's the third straight two-hit game for Schwarber -- he's gone 6-for-12 with two homers, four RBI and two steals in that span. He's boosted his slash line to .246/.369/.425 with 11 homers, 35 RBI and 43 runs scored across 55 games while going 4-for-5 in stolen base attempts this season. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:15 am

    • Kyle Schwarber orders combo meal in Phillies’ win
Kyle Schwarber walloped a leadoff homer and also stole a base on Wednesday, propelling the Phillies to a 6-1 victory over the Giants.

Advice: Schwarber delivered a tone-setting blast to left-center field right out of the gate against Giants starter Kyle Harrison before reaching on a fielder’s choice and stealing second base a couple frames later. The 31-year-old slugger also added an RBI single in the eighth inning as well to put the cherry on top of a multi-hit performance at Oracle Park, which is one of the toughest ballparks in the league for left-handed batters. • Belts 10th homer
Schwarber went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a walk and a stolen base in Monday's loss to San Francisco.

Advice: Schwarber put the Phillies on the board in the third inning with a two-run shot off reigning NL Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell. It was his fourth homer against a lefty this season, and he's now batting a lofty .333 (27-for-71) against southpaw hurlers. Overall, Schwarber's .359 OBP this season is on pace for the second-highest mark of his career. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:51 pm

    • Schwarber has home run, steal against Giants Monday
Kyle Schwarber went 2-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a two-run home run against the Giants on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Schwarber’s 10th of the season and the stolen base was his third. He’s been heating up lately as he’s 10-for-25 (.385) over his last seven games. The home run was Schwarber’s first since May 6th. His power has been down this season, but he’s been known to hit home runs in bunches. Maybe this could be the start of a hot streak for Schwarber.

    • Perfect at plate Saturday
Schwarber went 3-for-3 with a double, a walk, one RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 8-4 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Schwarber has multiple hits in three of his last five contests, though his double Saturday was his first extra-base hit since May 16. The 31-year-old slugger is up to a .234/.356/.396 slash line with nine home runs, 31 RBI, 40 runs scored and two stolen bases over 235 plate appearances this season. Schwarber's drop in power this season isn't a great sign after he exceeded 45 homers in back-to-back years, but he continues to walk (16.2 percent) at a high rate. • Schwarber has three-hit game Saturday
Kyle Schwarber went 3-for-3 with a double, a walk, a sacrifice fly, and two runs scored against the Rockies on Saturday.

Advice: Schwarber’s average is up to .234 on the season, which would be his best since 2021. Unfortunately, he’s having the worst power season of his career. Schwarber has nine home runs, but his .157 ISO this season is the lowest of his career. He’s hit at least 46 home runs in each of the last two seasons and has a career .259 ISO so a power surge could be on the way.

    • Clubs 12th homer
Hernandez went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, an additional run, a double and two walks in Friday's loss to Cincinnati.

Advice: Hernandez also reached on a hit-by-pitch, so he got on base in all five of his plate appearances. Both of the outfielder's hits went for extra bases, and his ninth-inning solo homer was his first long ball in 12 games. Hernandez has been a strong addition to the Dodgers' high-octane offense, as he's tied for 10th in the league with 12 homers and ranks seventh with 38 RBI. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:44 am

    • Teoscar Hernádez homers in loss
Teoscar Hernádez went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, double, two walks, and two runs scored in a loss to the Reds on Friday.

Advice: Hernádez’s ninth inning home run cut the Reds’ lead to three, but to no avail for the Dodgers. The homer was his 12th of the season, just one behind Shohei Ohtani for the team-lead and his two walks raised his walk rate near 9%. That would be the most Hernádez has walked since 2019. He’s chasing far less than he has in years past, too. That and him hitting in the middle of the Dodgers’ potent lineup has made him one of the best run producers in the league so far this season. • Bryan Reynolds has three hits, homer in defeat
Bryan Reynolds went 3-for-5 with a homer in a loss Thursday to the Giants.

Advice: Reynolds hit one of three homers for the Pirates on Thursday. The 29-year-old also singled twice to push his average to .260 with a .772 OPS. Reynolds should continue to see those numbers climb as we get deeper into the season based on his track record. Rotoworld Thursday, 12:55 pm
