    • Bradish overpowers White Sox in win on Sunday
Kyle Bradish threw seven shutout innings in a win over the White Sox on Sunday, walking four and striking out 11.

Advice: Bradish’s fastball velocity was down a bit, but he was still sitting 94.8 mph and induced 13 whiffs for a 31 percent whiff rate and 33 percent CSW. While he was also facing the White Sox, Bradish has looked every bit the pitcher we saw last year and now has a 1.75 ERA. He also has an elbow injury that has not been surgically repaired, so there will continue to be an aura of risk that surrounds him. Unless you’d prefer to trade him to avoid the headache, your only real chance is to keep starting him while he’s throwing this well and just hope he stays healthy. He should have another good start against the Rays next weekend. Rotoworld Sunday, 3:42 pm

    • Lasts just 4.2 innings
Lopez (2-2) took the loss Saturday in Pittsburgh, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and one walk over just 4.2 innings. He struck out three.

Advice: Saturday marked the right-hander's shortest outing of the season and also his fewest number of pitches thrown (70) in a start this year. Lopez labored a bit in the third and fourth frames, and Atlanta manager Brian Snitker elected to pull his starter after he yielded a two-out single in the fifth. The righty hasn't won a game since April 16 even as he still holds a 2.43 ERA since that date. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:57 pm

    • Reynaldo López gives up three over 4 2/3 vs. Pirates
Reynaldo López went 4 2/3 innings and gave up three runs — two earned — in a start Saturday against the Pirates.

Advice: Lopez gave up five hits with one walk while striking out three. The right-hander allowed an RBI single in the third, and two more runs scored on a Nick Gonzales double. Even with a shaky outing, the 30-year-old still has a sensational 1.75 ERA on the season. He’s scheduled to fact the Nationals at home Thursday. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:42 pm

    • Hit hard Friday
Darvish (4-2) allowed seven runs on nine hits and a walk while striking out five over 5.2 innings Friday, taking the loss versus the Yankees.

Advice: Darvish was done in by the long ball -- the Yankees teed off for four home runs against him, three of which came in the third inning. Prior to Friday, Darvish had allowed just two homers across his first nine starts of the season. It was a jarring end to his 24-inning scoreless streak, which coincided with a four-start winning streak. Even after this dud, the right-hander has a 3.04 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 51:14 K:BB over 53.1 innings across 10 starts. Darvish will look to keep the ball in the yard in his next start, which is tentatively projected to come at home versus the Marlins. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:34 pm

    • Yu Darvish allows four homers in loss to Yankees
Yu Darvish gave up seven runs while throwing 5 2/3 innings in a loss to the Yankees on Friday.

Advice: Darvish did strike out five, but he allowed five hits, and four of those were homers. The right-hander gave up three roundtrippers in the third to the power-hitting trio of Aaron Judge, Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton. Darvish has been outstanding for the majority of 2024. This was anything but. He sees his 2.08 ERA jump to 3.04, and he’ll try and lower that mark Wednesday against the Marlins. Rotoworld Friday, 9:25 pm

    • Goes seven innings in win
Wheeler (6-3) earned the win Thursday over the Rangers, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks over seven innings. He struck out five.

Advice: After Adolis Garcia led off the second inning with a home run, Wheeler held the Rangers off the board until Ezequiel Duran's two-out RBI single in the seventh. It's the sixth win in Wheeler's last seven starts, and he's pitched at least seven innings in back-to-back outings and three of his last four. His ERA sits at 2.53 on the season with a 0.98 WHIP and 76:21 K:BB in 67.2 innings. Wheeler is currently lined up for a road matchup with the Giants in his next start. Rotowire.com Thursday, 2:57 pm
    • Zack Wheeler fires seven strong in win over Rangers
Zack Wheeler held the Rangers to two runs over seven innings while picking up a win Thursday.

Advice: Wheeler scattered five hits with two walks, and he struck out five. The blemishes on the scoreboard came on an Adolis Garcia homer in the second and an infield single by Ezekiel Duran in the seventh. Outside of that, it was another strong outing for the 33-year-old that sees him lower his ERA to 2.53 as he worked at least seven innings for the third time in four starts. He’s scheduled to get the Giants on Tuesday. Rotoworld Thursday, 1:16 pm
    • Earns win in second complete game
Fried (4-2) earned the win over the Cubs on Wednesday, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits in a complete game. He struck out nine.

Advice: Fried dominated the Cubs' lineup in his second complete game of the season, retiring the first 15 batters he faced before surrendering a leadoff double to Ian Happ to open the bottom of the sixth. The lefty produced 18 whiffs in the contest and finished with a season-high nine strikeouts, while also not issuing any walks for first time in his last five starts. He's now gone at least seven innings in three of his last four outings, posting a 23:9 K:BB over that stretch. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:00 pm

    • Finds trouble in fifth inning
Pepiot allowed three runs on two hits, four walks and a hit batsman while striking out three over four-plus innings in a no-decision versus the Red Sox on Wednesday.

Advice: Pepiot returned from a lower left leg contusion that sent him to the injured list. He was cruising through the first four innings, but he put three straight batters on base to begin the fifth. Richard Lovelady couldn't slow down the Boston offense, leaving Pepiot to settle for a no-decision. The 26-year-old right-hander threw just 37 of 66 pitches for strikes in his return from injury. Pepiot now has a 3.98 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 44:15 K:BB over 40.2 innings across eight starts. It's unclear if his limited workload came from a pitch count or just the natural flow of the game. He's projected to make his next start at home versus the Athletics. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:27 pm
