      Adley Rutschman went 1-for-4 with a pair of RBI on Monday in the Orioles’ lopsided win over the Red Sox.

      Advice: Rutschman has been overshadowed a bit by the surreal exploits of Milwaukee’s burgeoning superstar, William Contreras, but he remains in the mix as one of the premier backstops in the fantasy landscape. The 26-year-old franchise cornerstone delivered an RBI sacrifice fly in the third inning before adding an RBI double in the seventh inning of Monday afternoon’s one-sided affair at Fenway Park.     • Justin Turner on the bench again
      Justin Turner is on the bench for Monday’s game against the White Sox.

      Advice: Turner got a day off on Sunday, but he remains out of the lineup on Monday with Daniel Vogelbach starting at designated hitter again. The 39-year-old is slashing just .222/.301/.359 in 173 plate appearances in 2024 with four home runs and 18 RBI. It’s possible that the Blue Jays will look to get at-bats for other players in his place, and fantasy managers can certainly look to do the same with a hot bat on the waiver wire.       Suarez picked up the save in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Yankees, striking out two while allowing one run on two hits in 1.1 innings.

      Advice: Suarez came in with two runners on and two out in the eighth to face Aaron Judge and bested him with a strikeout. He returned for the ninth and started off by allowing a home run to Alex Verdugo but was able to get the job done from there. The home run was the first run Suarez has given up since March 28. He continues to be one of the most dominant closers in baseball this year, as he's now tied for third with 15 saves and owns a 0.76 ERA, 0.72 WHIP and 23:5 K:BB in 23.2 innings.       Carroll went 1-for-3 with a walk, a triple and a run scored in Sunday's 3-1 loss to Miami.

      Advice: Arizona's offense couldn't get anything going until Carroll tripled and scored in the bottom of the eighth inning. It was the outfielder's fourth triple of the season, all coming within the last eight games.     • Earns seventh consecutive win
      Sale (8-1) picked up the victory Sunday against the Pirates, allowing one run on four hits and a walk over seven innings. He struck out eight.

      Advice: Sale's scoreless inning streak was snapped at 21.2 innings, but that's about the only negative to take from his performance, as he continues to mow down the competition. It was the seventh straight start in which Sale has earned a win and the sixth consecutive outing in which he's allowed one or fewer runs. Sale, who has not been a beacon of health over recent seasons, has not missed a turn this season, already throwing more innings than in all but one season since 2019. Through 10 starts, Sale has a 2.12 ERA, 0.85 WHIP, 78 strikeouts and a K/BB rate of 8.7 over 63.2 innings.       Rutschman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 4-1 win over the White Sox.

      Advice: Rutschman inserted himself into a pitching duel between Kyle Bradish and Garrett Crochet, taking the latter deep in the sixth inning. This was Rutschman's first homer since May 15, and he went an uncharacteristically poor 6-for-30 (.200) over his eight contests in between long balls.       Corbin Carroll tripled, walked and scored a run as the Diamondbacks fell to the Marlins on Sunday afternoon in Miami.

      Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder smacked a one-out triple off of Calvin Faucher in the eighth inning and dashed home with the Diamondbacks’ first run on a ground ball off the bat of Lourdes Gurriel Jr. While Carroll’s bat has perked up over the past couple of weeks, he’s still slashing an anemic .188/.274/.284 on the season to go along with two homers, 17 RBI and nine stolen bases.
