He looked to have moved into a full-time role following Jack Suwinski's demotion to Triple-A Indianapolis on May 23, but Olivares appears to be stuck in a short-side platoon role while the lefty-hitting Rowdy Tellez has regained playing time versus right-handed pitching.     Advice: Santander has started to look more like himself, going 9-for-32 (.281) with three homers over his last nine contests. For the year, he's slashing .218/.300/.440 with 10 homers, 30 RBI, 29 runs scored, 11 doubles, one triple and no stolen bases. Santander has been plagued by a .224 BABIP this year, so it's no surprise his overall numbers are down, but it's a reason for optimism that he'll be able to turn things around. He's gone 10-for-22 (.455) with two homers and seven RBI over his last six games, posting three multi-hit efforts in that span. The infielder continues to hit well despite often being in the bottom half of the order.     Advice: Refsnyder will be on the bench for a second straight game following a stretch of five consecutive starts. Though he's maintaining an excellent .333/.414/.517 slash line over 99 plate appearances on the season, Refsnyder still isn't being treated as an everyday player, at least against right-handed pitching.     Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports that Royce Lewis (quad) is likely to be activated off the injured list Tuesday.

    Advice: Lewis is going to play third base Sunday during his rehab assignment for Triple-A St. Paul. The 24-year-old will then have a chance to return to the Minnesota lineup as long as everything goes well in that outing. Lewis has significant fantasy upside, and if he’s still on the waiver wire in fantasy leagues, he’s well worth roster consideration.
