    • Ezequiel Tovar goes 4-for-6, wins game in 11th
Ezequiel Tovar went 4-for-6 and delivered a game-winning hit in the bottom of the 11th as the Rockies upset the Phillies 3-2 on Friday.

Advice: Jacob Stallings previously tied this one up by homering in the bottom of the ninth. Neither team scored in the 10th, and the Phillies also came up empty in the 11th before the Rockies won it. Tovar had a double and a second RBI in the game. His first career four-hit game pushed his average up to .285 for the season. Rotoworld Friday, 11:49 pm

    • Pops fourth homer
Rengifo went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Friday's loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Rengifo opened the scoring by popping a 413-foot solo shot in the bottom of the first. The switch-hitting Angel has been hot since returning from an illness May 17, hitting .300 (9-for-30) with two homers, three steals, four runs scored and five RBI. Overall, Rengifo is slashing .322/.374/.504 in 132 plate appearances while playing every day at second or third base. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:56 pm

    • Luis Rengifo doubles and homers in loss to CLE
Luis Rengifo doubled and homered in a loss Friday to the Angels.

Advice: Rengifo also singled. The 27-year-old took Logan Allen deep in the first inning, and the three-reach game now has his slash looking healthy at .322/.374/.504. Rengifo has been up-and-down for the majority of his MLB career. Right now he’s on the right side of that. There’s reason to believe it won’t last for much longer, respectfully. • Collects game-winning RBI
Tovar went 4-for-6 with a double and two RBI in Friday's victory over Philadelphia.

Advice: Tovar had a career night against the Phillies, collecting his first ever four-hit game and driving home the winning run in extras. The Colorado shortstop has been hot over his last 10 games, batting .347 (17-for-49) with three homers, eight runs scored and eight RBI. Overall, Tovar sports a .285/.317/.473 slash line in 221 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:55 pm

    • Homers in Tuesday's loss
Estrada went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run, a walk, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Pirates.

Advice: Estrada has two homers and eight RBI while batting .333 (7-for-21) over his last five games. The second baseman is up to a .250/.275/.444 slash line with eight homers, 29 RBI, 26 runs scored and one stolen base through 48 contests. He's easily on pace to surpass the 14 homers he hit in each of the last two years, though his increased power has come with the small price of less contact and slightly poorer plate discipline -- he's posted a 3.2 percent walk rate, his lowest in four years as a Giant. • Knocks two home runs
Tovar went 2-for-5 with two solo home runs in Tuesday's loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Tovar put together his first career multi-homer game with solo blasts in the fifth and seventh innings to bring his total up to seven for the season. He's been locked in at the plate for most of May, registering at least a hit in 12 of his last 13 games with six of those being multi-hit efforts. Tovar has entrenched himself in the No. 2 spot in the batting order against righties and has seen himself hitting leadoff against lefties. He's now second on the team with 53 hits and tied for second with 21 RBI. For the year, the 22-year-old is slashing .279/.313/.468 with 21 extra-base hits, 22 runs scored and an 8:60 BB:K in 204 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:05 am

    • Three RBI in loss
Rengifo went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer and three RBI in Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Astros.

Advice: Rengifo got the Angels on the board quickly with a two-run blast off Christian Javier in the opening frame. He later plated a third run in the fourth on a base knock. He's now tallied at least one hit in 11 of his last 12 games, which includes 13 hits and a .371 average over his last eight games. He's regularly been hitting first or second since coming back from the injured list last week and is now slashing ,316/.366/.474 with three homers, 15 RBI, 16 runs and an 8:18 BB:K in 124 plate appearances. • Ezequiel Tovar homers twice against A’s
Ezequiel Tovar hit a pair of solo homers Tuesday in a losing cause against the A’s.

Advice: In spite of his willingness to swing at anything and everything, Tovar has managed to hit .279/.313/.468 this season. His second homer today, projected at 443 feet, was the second longest of his career and easily the longest among those to come away from Coors Field. He’s actually hit 14 of his 23 career homers on the road, though his batting average is far better at home (.287 to .229). Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:42 pm

    • Luis Rengifo hits two-run homers against Astros
Luis Rengifo had a two-run homer and an RBI single versus the Astros on Tuesday.

Advice: Rengifo definitely wasn’t Ron Washington’s favorite player at the beginning of the year, but he’s been one of the best Angels thus far, having hit .316/.366/.474 in 124 plate appearances. Statcast thinks he’s way overachieving, given that his exit velocity numbers are significantly worse than his career marks, but things will probably even out there somewhat; his .840 OPS won’t quite hold up, but his exit velocity numbers should get better.
