    • Resting against southpaw
Lowe is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Advice: Lowe will hit the bench along with fellow left-handed hitters Jonathan Aranda, Ben Rortvedt and Richie Palacios as the Rays roll a full right-handed-hitting lineup versus Orioles southpaw Cole Irvin. Amed Rosario will fill in for Lowe at second base. Rotowire.com Today, 9:31 am
    • Ha-Seong Kim doubles and triples; drives in three
Ha-Seong Kim doubled and tripled while driving in three runs in a victory over the Royals on Saturday.

Advice: All three runs came on a double, and it gave the Padres a 6-3 lead. The triple showed off Kim’s impressive speed, and it was already the third three-bagger of the year. Those wheels have helped keep Kim relevant in fantasy circles with 13 stolen bases, but his overall slash of .222/.332/.384 makes it a little harder sell. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:53 pm

    • Two hits, three RBI in win
Kim went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, three RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Royals.

Advice: Kim led off the third inning with a triple before coming around to score on a Luis Arraez sacrifice fly. He'd then provide what proved to be the game-deciding hit in the fourth, driving in three runs with a base-clearing double to put the Padres ahead 5-3. Kim's now 4-for-10 with three extra-base hits in his last three games. After a slow start to the year, he's gotten his slash line up to .222/.332/.384 with seven homers, 31 runs scored, 27 RBI and 13 steals across 60 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:51 pm

    • Produces team's lone run Wednesday
Kim went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to Miami on Wednesday.

Advice: Kim's third-inning solo shot was the only run San Diego managed against Braxton Garrett and four Marlins relievers. The long ball was Kim's seventh through 231 plate appearances this season, putting him on pace to surpass last year's career-best total of 17 homers. The shortstop has added 13 stolen bases but has otherwise struggled with a .214/.326/.367 slash line. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:47 am

    • Sitting out against lefty
Lowe is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Athletics.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Lowe will head to the bench for the series finale while the Athletics bring southpaw Hogan Harris to the hill. Amed Rosario will fill in at second base in place of Lowe, who is slashing just .174/.296/.391 in eight games since being reinstated from the 10-day injured list May 20. • Ha-Seong Kim goes deep in Padres’ loss to Marlins
Ha-Seong Kim belted a solo homer on Wednesday in the Padres’ blowout loss to the Marlins.

Advice: There weren’t a whole lot of positives for San Diego in this one as Kim’s third-inning shot off Marlins starter Braxton Garrett represented their lone tally in a one-sided affair. The 28-year-old’s batting average remains stuck around the Mendoza line, but he’s got eight homers and 13 stolen bases through 58 games so far. Rotoworld Wednesday, 5:41 pm

    • Delivers game-winning runs
Lowe hit a triple, drove in three and scored a run in his only plate appearance Sunday against the Royals.

Advice: Lowe got a day off even with righty Michael Wacha on the mound, though Lowe managed to deliver the game-winning knock after pinch-hitting with the bases loaded in the eighth inning. Despite the positive outcome Sunday, he is still only 3-for-18 with five strikeouts since returning from the injured list May 20. Rotowire.com Monday, 12:06 am
    • Ha-Seong Kim leads Padres past Yankees on Sunday
Ha-Seong Kim went 2-for-3 with a walk, run scored and an RBI on Sunday afternoon, leading the Padres to a 5-2 victory over the visiting Yankees.

Advice: Kim drove in the go-ahead run with a bunt single off of Victor Gonzalez in the seventh inning, then came around to score on an infield single off the bat of Fernando Tatis Jr. With his two-hit attack, the dynamic 28-year-old infielder is now hitting .216/.333/.362 with six homers, 23 RBI and 13 stolen bases on the season. • Brandon Lowe’s pinch-hit triple clears bases
Brandon Lowe went 1-for-1 with a triple and three RBI in the Rays’ 4-1 win over the Royals on Sunday.

Advice: Marred by injuries and poor performance, this was a huge hit for both Lowe and the Rays. This was his first off-day after five straight starts as he, Richie Palacios, and Amed Rosario are all battling for reps. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:02 pm
