    Advice: Profar was the only source of offense for the Padres, providing a two-run homer in the top of the eighth to put San Diego ahead 2-1. However, the Cubs scored a run in the eighth and ninth to erase Profar's long ball and steal the win.     Advice: Carroll looked back at home in the leadoff spot Tuesday -- after driving in two runs earlier in the game, the 23-year-old outfielder broke the game open with a three-run homer off the left-handed Justin Wilson in the seventh, his second long ball of the year and first since April 9, extending Arizona's lead to 5-0. After a brutal start to the season, it looks like Carroll may be starting to turn things around at the plate -- he now has at least one hit in six of his last seven contests, going 8-for-27 in that span.     Advice: The underrated Wade is batting .351 with a ridiculous .485 OBP, yet as a platoon player with one homer, 10 RBI, 12 runs scored and one steal, he still hasn’t been all that valuable for fantasy purposes, and it’s not like he’ll keep hitting .351 forever.     The Red Sox are expected to reinstate Gonzalez (wrist) from the 10-day injured list Wednesday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

    Advice: Gonzalez has been on the injured list since April 13 due to a left wrist sprain, and he's gone 4-for-11 with three RBI since beginning a rehab assignment at Triple-A Worcester on Friday.   • Mitch Haniger hits fifth homer of season in win
    Mitch Haniger went 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in the Mariners’ win over the Twins on Tuesday.

    Advice: Haniger’s solo blast in the second inning put the Mariners on the board first, and has now hit safely in three-straight games. He would later hit a sacrifice fly in the ninth inning to give the Mariners an 8-6 lead in a game that went back-and-forth throughout the night. The veteran right fielder has struggled to get on base this season and is now slashing .215/.273/.372 on the year.     Advice: Bellinger returned from the injured list Tuesday after missing about two weeks with a fractured ribcage, but he didn't seem to skip a beat. Dating back to before his injury, the 28-year-old is now riding a nine-game hitting streak, and he's gone deep four times in that span, giving him six home runs for the season.
