    • Swipes two bags
Lowe went 1-for-4 with a walk, a run scored and two stolen bases Tuesday against Seattle.

Advice: Lowe has started to heat up at the plate, as he's gone 11-for-30 with three homers, seven RBI and six runs scored across his last eight games. He's also shown a desire to steal bases, swiping three bags across his last three starts. Though Lowe had an injured-plagued first half of the season, he appears ready to deliver on lofty preseason expectations in the final months of the campaign. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:08 pm

    • Three-game hitting streak
Jimenez went 1-for-5 with a double and an RBI on Tuesday against the Dodgers.

Advice: Jimenez started in his third consecutive game since being activated from the injured list Sunday, and he has one hit in each contest. His performance Tuesday marked his first extra-base hit in that span, and he also has one RBI and one run scored. Jimenez has hit either third or fourth in every game since his return. • Josh Smith drives in lone run for Rangers in loss
Josh Smith went 1-for-3 with an RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Smith singled off Hoby Milner in the first inning to score Corey Seager from second, giving the Rangers an early 1-0 lead and their only run of the game. Smith was responsible for just one of five hits the Rangers had on the night, but the young third baseman has turned in a solid June, going 22-for-61 (.361) at the plate with eight extra-base hits and 10 RBI. • Riley Greene leads Tigers to win over Phillies
Riley Greene hit an RBI triple on Tuesday, propelling the Tigers to a 4-1 win over the Phillies.

Advice: Greene capped off Detroit’s four-run outburst in the fourth inning with a run-scoring triple to right field off Phillies starter Ranger Suárez. It wound up being his lone hit during a low-scoring affair at pitcher-friendly Comerica Park. The 23-year-old former top prospect has managed to stay healthy and finally make the leap to upper-echelon fantasy contributor status this season with an .850 OPS to go along with 50 runs scored, 15 homers, 41 RBI and four steals through 78 contests. • Eloy Jiménez in lineup despite hamstring soreness
Eloy Jiménez is in the starting lineup as a DH on Monday after experiencing hamstring soreness in his return Sunday.

Advice: It’ll be a small miracle if Jiménez doesn’t wind up aggravating the hamstring bad enough to go back on the injured list, but we’ll see. He’s batting cleanup tonight. Rotoworld Monday, 2:14 pm
    • Will be in Monday's lineup
Jimenez (hamstring) will be in the lineup for Monday's contest against the Dodgers, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Advice: The White Sox haven't yet released their lineup for the series opener, but Jimenez has evidently received the green light to make a second consecutive start. Jimenez was noticeably gimpy while running the bases in Sunday's 11-2 loss to the Tigers in his first game back from a stint on the injured list due to a left hamstring strain. The apparent aggravation of the hamstring injury won't cause him to miss any starts, at least not yet. Certainly, Jimenez will remain a major injury risk as he attempts to play through some discomfort. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:11 am
    • Closing in on rehab assignment
Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol said Monday that Edman (wrist) could begin a rehab assignment soon, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Edman has taken live at-bats from both sides of the plate in recent days and his surgically repaired right wrist has responded well. Since he's resided on the injured list all season, the 29-year-old would presumably require an extended minor-league rehab assignment before being activated, but he's tracking toward a return to the Cardinals before the All-Star break. • Productive trip to Pittsburgh
Lowe went 3-for-4 with a double, a run scored and a stolen base Sunday against the Pirates.

Advice: Lowe blasted two home runs Friday and ended the Rays' series in Pittsburgh 6-for-11 with three runs scored, five RBI and a stolen base. After an injury-filled start to the season, Lowe has started to come around at the plate by tallying three multi-hit performances in his last six starts. Rotowire.com Monday, 6:52 am

    • Goes yard again
Smith went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Sunday's 4-0 win over Kansas City.

Advice: Smith tagged Sam Long for a solo shot in the seventh inning, marking Smith's third home run in the last five games. During that stretch, he's 7-for-13 with six RBI. With third baseman Josh Jung (wrist) nearing a return, Smith could shift away from the hot corner and into the DH slot. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:40 pm
