    • Ober allows one run in win over Athletics Sunday
      Bailey Ober allowed one run in 6 1/3 innings and got the win in the Twins’ 6-2 victory over the Athletics on Sunday.



      Advice: Ober gave up six hits, walked two and struck out eight. The win was his sixth of the year. The lone run off of Ober came on a Daz Cameron home run in the seventh inning. Home runs have been a problem for him this season. Ober has allowed 1.48 HR/9, which has been a contributing factor as to why his ERA is 4.81 despite a 4.04 xFIP. The 28-year-old right-hander is set to face the Athletics on the road next week.

    • Homers, steals bag in win
      Altuve went 2-for-3 with a three-run homer, two runs and a stolen base in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Tigers.

      Advice: With two men on and two out in the second inning, Altuve took Kenta Maeda deep for his 11th long ball of the season. He added another hit and when he reached on a walk in the eighth he picked up his 10th stolen base of the campaign. It was Altuve's second home run in his last seven games after a streak of 17 games without a blast.     • Austin Riley heating up, homers again
      Austin Riley went 2-for-4 with a game-tying two-run home run and two runs scored on Sunday against the Rays.

      Advice: Congratulations to all the fantasy managers who kept their patience with Riley because the hot streak is officially here. He homered in every game this weekend and has raised his OPS from .618 to .695 since Friday. Rotoworld Today, 1:26 pm
       
    • Chisholm has two-hit game in loss Sunday
      Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 2-for-4 with an RBI against the Nationals on Sunday.



      Advice: It was a quiet day for the Marlins offense as they could only muster one run against Washington. Chisholm’s single in the fifth inning temporarily tied the game at one. He’s hitting .260 with a .762 OPS and 34 RBI this year.

      Corbin Carroll hit two doubles while scoring twice in a loss to the White Sox on Saturday.

      Advice: Carroll was one of the few hitters who had any success against Erick Fedde and the White Sox bullpen, and he scored the only two runs in the contest for the D-Backs.       Riley went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run and two walks in Saturday's 9-2 victory against the Rays.

      Advice: Riley broke the game open in the seventh frame with his three-run shot to center field that gave Atlanta an 8-1 lead. It was the second straight contest with a long ball for the third baseman following a 23-game homerless stretch (and a 45-game span during which he went deep only once). Riley may finally be getting his power on track, but with just five long balls through 233 plate appearances, he'll be hard-pressed to reach 30 homers for the fourth straight season.       Greene went 4-for-5 with one walk, two home runs and six RBI in Saturday's 13-5 win over the Astros.

      Advice: Greene was a beast in this contest. He contributed a solo shot in the first inning, a three-run blast in the second and an RBI single in the third as the Tigers jumped out to a 10-0 lead. His sixth RBI of the day came on a bases-loaded walk in the eighth. The outfielder has driven in 12 runs during his six-game hitting streak and he's batting .321 (17-for-53) in June. The 23-year-old is up to 14 homers, 36 RBI, 48 runs scored, three stolen bases and a .256/.348/.488 slash line through 69 contests overall as he continues to cement himself as a building block for the Tigers during their ongoing rebuild.       Advice: That’s now homers in back-to-back games for Riley, who might be starting to wake up a bit. There wasn’t much under the hood that looked “off” with Riley this year, but he was being pitched differently and not being given much he could turn on, which had hurt his pull power.       Riley Greene went 4-for-5 with two home runs, six RBI and two runs scored in a 13-5 win over the Astros on Saturday.

      Advice: Greene didn’t hit for a ton of power last year while recovering from a shoulder injury, so there was a narrative that he was more of a slap hitter, but that was never the case. The 23-year-old is now up to 14 home runs on the season to go along with 36 RBI and a .836 OPS. He looks to be in the midst of a full-on breakout and has a bright fantasy future ahead of him.
