      Advice: Seager had a rough time against Phillies starter Ranger Suarez, going 0-for-4 with four strikeouts to start the day. However, he'd turn his night around with a solo home run off Jeff Hoffman in the eighth inning, cutting Texas' deficit to 3-2. The long ball extended Seager's hitting streak to six games -- he's gone 7-for-22 (.318) with three homers in that span.       Corey Seager went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a loss to the Phillies on Tuesday.

      Advice: Seager crushed an offering from Jeff Hoffman 103.3 mph off the bat and 380 feet for his seventh home run of the year. It was also his fifth home run in 18 games in May as the power is starting to show up. However, Seager also had four strike outs on Tuesday and is still hitting just .246/.335/.383 on the season.       Advice: Kim's first hit of the night was a base hit in the fourth, during which he stole second and came around to score on a double from Fernando Tatis. Kim then destroyed a 393-foot blast to center field in the seventh to extend the lead to 9-0. Kim now has just two stolen bases since April 23 and has yet to reach double digits this year after being seventh in baseball in 2023 with 38 thefts.       Advice: Kim led off the fourth inning with a single off of Bryce Elder, swiped second base and scored on a two-run double off the bat of Fernando Tatis Jr. He then walloped a 393-foot (100.7 mph EV) solo shot off of Ray Kerr in the seventh inning that extended the Padres’ lead to 9-0.       Advice: Seager’s home run was a 352-foot shot at 101.9 mph off the bat that actually had an xBA of just .250, but he’ll take it. He’s now up to six home runs on the season and his .247/.338/.371 triple slash is certain to rise as he gets going, but it’s been a disappointingly slow start for the 30-year-old.
