• Carson Kelly collects two hits in loss to Brewers
Carson Kelly went 2-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI as the Tigers fell to the Brewers on Saturday afternoon at Comerica Park.

Advice: Kelly smacked a go-ahead RBI single off of Freddy Peralta in the second inning then came around to score on an RBI knock by Mark Canha. That would be the last of the Tigers’ scoring in the ballgame. With his two-hit effort, the 29-year-old backstop is now slashing .236/.317/.336 with two homers and 14 RBI on the season. • Homers, scores twice
Frazier went 2-for-2 with a home run, a double and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Mariners.

Advice: The utility player got extra-base hits in both of his at-bats Saturday, homering in the second and then hitting a leadoff double in the fifth. He was later pulled for pinch hitter Hunter Renfroe in the sixth after the Mariners brought in lefty Kirby Snead. It was Frazier's first multi-hit effort since May 25 and just his second homer of the year. He's been stuck in a part-time role for the most part this season and his line of .227/.322/.320 leaves room for improvement. Rotowire.com 46 minutes ago

Danny Jansen went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in the Blue Jays 7-0 win over the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Jansen put the Blue Jays on the board in the first inning with a sacrifice fly to score Spencer Horwitz from third. He then doubled in the fifth to bring Bo Bichette home from second and came around to score on a base hit by Isiah Kiner-Falefa. Jansen added a base hit in the ninth. • Kevin Kiermaier blasts solo homer vs. A’s
Kevin Kiermaier went 1-for-5 with a solo homer against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Kiermaier’s only hit of the day left the yard as he took Luis Medina deep for a solo homer to lead off the fifth inning. It was just the second home run of the season for the 34-year-old outfielder. He’s slashing .207/.256/.328 with the two homers, 13 runs scored, nine RBI, and four steals across 128 plate appearances. • O’Hearn blasts ninth home run Saturday
Ryan O’Hearn went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run against the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: O’Hearn’s home run was his ninth of the year. He’s been a decent source of power in deeper formats. O’Hearn hits in the middle of one of the best lineups in the league against right-handed pitching. He’s hitting .285 with nine home runs and 21 RBI this year. Rotoworld 48 minutes ago

  • Drives in go-ahead runs
Pasquantino went 1-for-4 with a two-run double in the Royals' 8-4 win over the Mariners on Saturday.

Advice: Pasquantino broke a 3-3 tie with a two-out double in the bottom of the fifth that brought home two. It was the 26-year-old's ninth multi-RBI effort of the season and his third over his last eight games. He now has 43 RBI this season, which is second on the Royals behind Bobby Witt. Pasquantino's been a steady producer in the middle of the Royals' lineup all season and will carry a .244/.317/.433 line into Sunday's game. Rotowire.com 53 minutes ago
  • Mitch Garver homers and walks in loss to Royals
Mitch Garver homered and walked in a loss Saturday to the Royals.

Advice: Garver kept a ball just inside the left-field foul pole to pick up his seventh homer of the year. The 33-year-old also drew a walk to improve his slash to .180/.292/.348. It’s worth pointing out that he’s registered an OPS of .937 in June, however, and he’s a good bet to hit (much) better over the second half of 2024. Rotoworld Today, 3:34 pm

  • Adam Frazier doubles and homers in win
Adam Frazier doubled and homered while helping the Royals to an 8-4 win over the Mariners on Saturday.

Advice: Frazier hit just his second homer of the year when he took Luis Castillo deep in the second inning. His double also came off Castillo and he came around to score on an RBI single off the bat of Nick Loftin. A nice day for Frazier, but there haven’t been many of them as seen in a slash of .227/.322/.320. Rotoworld Today, 3:34 pm
