      Winn (forearm) will start a rehab assignment Tuesday at Triple-A Sacramento, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

      Advice: Giants manager Bob Melvin hinted earlier this week that Winn could've been activated from the IL and rejoined the big-league rotation as soon as Monday or Tuesday. However, we now know Winn will need a rehab stint before being reinstated.       Taj Bradley allowed nine runs across 3 1/3 innings in a loss to the Orioles on Saturday.

      Advice: Bradley had some trouble keeping the ball in the yard in Baltimore. Ryan Mountcastle got the scoring started with a two-run blast in the first inning. Anthony Santander followed with a solo homer. Jordan Westburg then led off the second with the third home run for the Orioles. Baltimore would bring six more runs in, including another two-run blast by Ryan Mountcastle in the fourth, before Bradley was relieved.
