    • Sitting out versus lefty
Abreu is out of the lineup for Monday's game in Baltimore.

Advice: The Orioles have southpaw Cole Irvin on the mound Monday, so the left-handed hitting Abreu will take a seat. Rob Refsnyder will be in right field for the Red Sox and also occupy the second spot in the batting order. Rotowire.com 55 minutes ago

    • Heats up
Abreu went 3-for-4 with a triple and a run scored in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Abreu, who scored on a sacrifice fly following his fourth-inning triple, is in a productive stretch. The outfielder is 10-for-25 with five extra-base hits, a stolen base, six RBI and four runs scored over the last even contests. He's thriving against right-handed pitching this season, posting a .926 OPS against them. Rotowire.com Today, 6:02 am

    • Locks down save Sunday
Scott picked up the save Sunday in a 3-1 win over the Diamondbacks, throwing a perfect ninth while striking out a batter.

Advice: Scott faced no trouble from the Diamondback hitters Sunday. He sent them down in order on 15 pitches and struck out Eugenio Suarez to end the game. Scott has not allowed an earned run since April 14 and finished May with three wins, three saves and a hold in nine appearances. He's up to seven saves on the year now and carries a 1.64 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 23:18 K:BB in 22 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 6:00 am
    • Drives in two in win
Lowe went 2-for-4 with two RBI in Sunday's 6-2 win over Minnesota.

Advice: Lowe had a pair of run-producing singles, his first multi-hit game since May 8. The first baseman entered Sunday with just six hits over the last 49 at-bats (.122). That slump prompted manager Bruce Bochy to drop Lowe to sixth in order against right-handers this past week. Rotowire.com Today, 5:21 am

    • Wilyer Abreu collects three hits in Boston’s win
Wilyer Abreu went 3-for-4 with a triple Sunday as the Red Sox edged the Brewers 2-1.

Advice: Abreu benefitted from having a hit lost in the sun, but he also had a 409-foot triple to center that would have been a homer in 21 ballparks and a lineout with a .630 xBA. Abreu is batting .284/.359/.500 in 167 plate appearances, and while he’s probably overachieving somewhat, he’s certainly worth playing in mixed leagues for now. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:18 pm

    • No decision yet on rehab start
The Rangers have yet to decide whether Eovaldi (groin) will require a minor-league rehab assignment before being activated from the 15-day injured list, MLB.com reports.

Advice: Eovaldi has been on the shelf since May 3 with a strained right groin. Though Eovaldi didn't return from the IL in the minimum 15 days like manager Bruce Bochy had initially suggested could be the case, the veteran right-hander might be able to avoid a rehab assignment prior to being activated. He traveled with the Rangers this weekend and threw a bullpen session Friday at Target Field, and he'll presumably be reassessed when the team returns to Arlington ahead of its two-game home series versus the Diamondbacks that begins Tuesday. • Breaks open game with homer
Rutschman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 4-1 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Rutschman inserted himself into a pitching duel between Kyle Bradish and Garrett Crochet, taking the latter deep in the sixth inning. This was Rutschman's first homer since May 15, and he went an uncharacteristically poor 6-for-30 (.200) over his eight contests in between long balls. The catcher is up to a .300/.338/.483 slash line with 10 homers, 35 RBI, 28 runs scored, seven doubles and one stolen base over 49 games this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:55 pm
    • Tanner Scott slams door on Diamondbacks in ninth
Tanner Scott slammed the door on the Diamondbacks in the ninth inning on Sunday, working a scoreless frame to protect a two-run lead and earn his seventh save of the season.

Advice: Scott made it look awfully easy in this one, getting Randal Grichuk on a pop up to third base, Gabriel Moreno on a ground ball to shortstop and Eugenio Suarez on strikes to end it. The 29-year-old southpaw needed just 15 pitches (10 strikes) to get the job done. He now boasts a 1.64 ERA to go along with his seven saves on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:51 pm
    • Adley Rutschman has crucial two-run HR in win
Adley Rutschman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in a win over the White Sox on Sunday.

Advice: Rutschman scored the first runs of the game in the top of the sixth inning when he took Garrett Crochet deep 400 feet at 103 mph off the bat. They were the only two runs the Orioles would wind up needing. The 26-year-old is now slashing .300/.338/.483 with 10 home runs and 35 RBI on the season. If you drafted him, you’re certainly happy.
