    • Corey Seager reaches four times in rout of Marlins
Corey Seager went 3-for-5 with a walk in a win for the Rangers over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Seager doubled, singled twice and got on via the aforementioned free pass for a four-reach day. The 30-year-old now has a 14-game hitting streak, and a line of .235/.314/.333 has improved to .270/.362/.485 during that streak. The struggles are over, folks. Rotoworld Today, 5:10 pm

    • Yordan Alvarez homers twice as Astros top Twins
Yordan Alvarez went 3-for-3 with two homers and three RBI in a 5-2 win Saturday over the Twins for the Astros.

Advice: Alvarez also drew a walk. The 26-year-old slugger took Joe Ryan deep with a runner on in the first, and did more damage against Ryan with a solo shot in the fifth. That ups Alvarez’s total to 11 roundtrippers on the year, and he’s plated 25 over the first 59 games of the season for the Astros. Alvarez has been as good as any hitter in baseball the last few years, and it’s the only reason why those numbers and a .283/.357/.480 slash seem slightly disappointing. • Mark Canha (hip) expected to return on Sunday
Mark Canha (hip) is expected to return to the Tigers’ lineup for Sunday’s series finale against the Red Sox.

Advice: Canha sat out his second straight game on Saturday with the hip issue, but the training staff believe it’s something that he can manage and play through rather than something that’s going to require a trip to the injured list. He told reporters on Saturday, “Just happens when you get to be 35... I’ve never had this injury before, so it’s new. The same thing happens with me every year. You never know what’s going to pop up as you get older.” He’s considered day-to-day. Rotoworld Today, 1:18 pm

    • Expects to play Sunday
Canha (hip) expects to play a full game Sunday versus the Red Sox, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Advice: Canha is dealing with a psoas strain in his left hip and his ability to return to the lineup Sunday will be a big test for his status moving forward. If he suffers a setback, the 35-year-old will likely head to the injured list. Rotowire.com Today, 12:25 pm

    • Resting Saturday
Campusano isn't in the Padres' lineup Saturday versus Kansas City.

Advice: Campusano is still ice cold at the plate and is now 0-for-19 across his last seven games. He'll give way to Kyle Higashioka on Saturday and may continue to lose playing time if his offensive struggles continue. Rotowire.com Today, 12:04 pm
    • Remains out Saturday
Canha (hip) is not in the starting lineup Saturday versus the Red Sox, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Advice: Canha was a late scratch from Friday's lineup due to left hip soreness, and he'll be forced to sit out again Saturday. Colt Keith will slot in at designated hitter while Zach McKinstry enters the lineup at second base and bats seventh against Boston. Rotowire.com Today, 10:33 am

    • Mark Canha (hip) not in Saturday’s lineup vs. Red Sox
Mark Canha (hip) remains out of the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Canha remains out for Saturday’s showdown at Fenway Park after being a late scratch from Friday’s lineup due to left hip soreness. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Today, 10:17 am

    • Back in lineup Friday
Semien returned to the starting lineup and went 1-for-4 in Friday's 8-2 loss to Miami.

Advice: Semien was back in the lineup after he sat out Wednesday's game, breaking a streak of 349 consecutive regular-season starts. As it turns out, Semien was dealing with the residual effects of a collision with teammate Adolis Garcia, per Kennedi Landry of MLB.com. Texas manager Bruce Bochy said Semien was feeling "banged up," which was the reason he sat out Wednesday. Rotowire.com Today, 6:06 am

    • Swipes second bag
Greene went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a run scored and a stolen base in Friday's 7-3 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Getting the start in center field and batting second, Greene was the only Tiger to record multiple hits on the night. The 23-year-old has reached base eight times in the last four games, and on the season he's slashing .239/.343/.449 with 10 homers, two steals, 22 RBI and 37 runs through 56 contests.
