      Bobby Miller (shoulder) allowed two runs (one earned) over four innings on Friday in a minor league rehab start for Triple-A Oklahoma City.

      Advice: The positive news here for fantasy managers is that Miller averaged 97.4 mph on his four-seam fastball in this one and was able to generate nine swinging strikes, nearly all of them on his secondary offerings. He struck out two and also issued a pair of walks, needing 85 pitches (50 strikes) to get through four-plus frames.       Advice: Scott came into a tie game in the eighth and stayed in to finish after the Marlins took a one-run lead. It’s his fifth win of the year, all coming since Apr. 30.       Lopez (5-6) took the loss against the Yankees on Thursday, allowing seven runs on four hits and six walks while striking out four batters over four innings.

      Advice: Lopez threw just 54 of 96 pitches for strikes and issued a season-high six walks -- more than he had handed out over his previous seven starts combined. Three of the free passes came to consecutive batters leading off the third frame, and all three of the recipients came around to score. The wildness was probably an aberration for Lopez considering his overall track record, but even when he's finding the strike zone, he's been struggling to get batters out.       Advice: Ramirez entered Thursday with no homers over his last five games, matching his longest drought since he went eight contests from April 26 to May 4 without a long ball. The third baseman upped his power in late May and is now at 17 homers this season, with eight of them coming since May 17.
