    • Logs third steal
Smith went 1-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch one RBI and a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Smith got the Rangers on the board with an RBI single in the third inning. He also stole second in the eighth after he was plunked. Smith has gone 13-for-43 (.302) with two steals over his last 12 contests. During that stretch, Smith has been promoted to the No. 3 spot in the order. He's slashing a sharp .280/.379/.409 with two home runs, three steals, 21 RBI and 24 runs scored over 190 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:10 pm

    • Michael Harris leading off for Braves vs. Nats
Michael Harris II is hitting leadoff against the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Harris will get the first crack at the leadoff spot with Ronald Acuña Jr. now out for the season with his torn ACL. With Harris in the leadoff spot, he has the chance to be driven in by Austin Riley, Matt Olson and a plethora of other quality hitters in the Atlanta lineup. There’s a lot to like about this situation, outside of the bummer that is the Acuña Jr. injury. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:05 pm
    • Swipes bag in loss
Harris went 1-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and a stolen base in Monday's loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Batting seventh in an Atlanta lineup that got juggled around in the wake of a season-ending knee injury to Ronald Acuna, Harris reached base twice for the fourth time in the last six games. The 23-year-old center fielder is still looking to regain his usual form, but he's showing signs of heating up -- over his last 16 contests, he's slashing .290/.333/.403 with two of his five homers and three of his eight steals on the year. • Launches ninth homer
Tatis went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Saturday's loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Tatis provided the only offense for San Diego on Saturday, launching a solo shot off Luke Weaver in the bottom of the eighth for his ninth home run of the season. The star outfielder has hit safely in seven of his last nine games, though he hasn't registered more than two hits in either of those contests and is still batting just .253 (22-for-87) in May. Tatis has scored and driven in a run in three of his last four games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:34 am
    • Tatis crushes ninth home run Saturday
Fernando Tatis Jr. went 1-for-4 with a solo home run against the Yankees on Saturday.

Advice: Tatis Jr. homered on a fly ball to center in the eighth inning off Yankees reliever Luke Weaver. It was his ninth home run on the season and the only run the Padres scored on the night. Tatis has been productive with nine home runs and six stolen bases this year, but his average is lagging behind at .244. Rotoworld Saturday, 9:50 pm
    • Moves up order
Smith batted third and went 1-for-3 in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Twins.

Advice: Smith, who made a 10th consecutive start, batted out of the three hole for a second straight game. Earlier in the week, he batted cleanup. He's been an under-the-radar producer for the Rangers, ranking second among the team's regulars with a .782 OPS, and he has been rewarded with a promotion in the order against right-handers. • Caps rally with homer
Meyers went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Friday's 6-3 win over the Athletics.

Advice: The Astros only scored in the fourth inning Friday, with Meyers providing half of their runs with his homer. The outfielder has three long balls over his last eight games, batting .448 (13-for-29) with nine RBI in that span. On the year, he has a strong .300/.369/.545 slash line with six long balls, 21 RBI, 14 runs scored and two stolen bases through 123 plate appearances. Meyers had some trouble sticking in the lineup early on, but he's operated as a near-everyday option in center field since May 7. As long as he keeps hitting well, he's got a starting job, even with Chas McCormick back in the mix. Rotowire.com Friday, 10:06 pm

    • Jake Meyers hits three-run homer in win over A’s
Jake Meyers hit a three-run homer to help the Astros to a win over the Athletics on Friday.

Advice: Meyers continues to impress, and his three-run blast is the sixth of the season. The outfielder is now hitting an impressive .300/.369/.545 with 22 RBI over 43 games. There’s no reason to think that Meyers is going to lose playing time soon, even if these numbers are likely unsustainable. Rotoworld Friday, 9:15 pm

    • Homer, steal in extra-inning loss
Harris went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Cubs.

Advice: Harris started May in a dreadful 0-for-26 slump, but he's snapped out of it by going 10-for-39 (.256) with two homers, two steals, four RBI and three runs scored over his last 10 contests. The outfielder is slashing .250/.289/.378 with five homers, seven steals, 17 RBI and 19 runs scored through 45 games this season. Harris hit over .290 and flirted with 20-20 years in each of his first two big-league campaigns, so there's still another level he can get back to as he rebounds from his slump.
