• Recovering from minor setback
Turner (hamstring) had a minor setback when he felt some leg soreness following a high-intensity workout on May 25, MLB.com reports.

Advice: Turner resumed workouts this past weekend, doing some light jogging and change-of-direction running in addition to fielding grounders and hitting in the cage. There is no timetable for when he will run the bases, and he will need to do that as well as sliding drills before he's cleared for a rehab assignment. Turner is not expected to travel with the Phillies for their series in London against the Mets later this week. After he had seemingly be trending toward an earlier-than-expected return, Turner now looks to be at least a couple weeks away. Rotowire.com 32 minutes ago

  • Clubs third home run
Caballero went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and two runs scored Sunday against the Orioles.

Advice: Caballero belted the first pitch of the seventh inning over the left-field wall for his third homer of the year. It was also his second hit of the day, representing his ninth multi-hit game in 54 games this season. The performance raised Caballero's average to .260 with three homers, 18 RBI, 27 runs and 20 steals in 28 attempts. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:32 pm
  • José Caballero goes 2-for-3, homers in Rays’ win
José Caballero went 2-for-3 with a homer Sunday as the Rays edged the Orioles 4-3.

Advice: Caballero has been a strikeout machine of late, but he managed to go without one for just the second time in 18 games today. He’s batting .260/.318/.370 on the season, but it just doesn’t seem likely that he’ll keep his average up like this with how often he fails to make contact. He currently has a .367 BABIP in spite of some of the weakest exit velocity numbers in the game. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:47 pm
  • Not in Sunday's lineup
Estrada (thumb) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: The 28-year-old jammed his thumb Friday against New York and will sit Sunday for the second consecutive contest. Brett Wisely will shift to second base in place of Estrada while Casey Schmitt starts at shortstop. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:25 am

  • Thairo Estrada held out of lineup with thumb issue
Thairo Estrada was held out of the Giants’ starting lineup on Saturday night due to a sore left thumb.

Advice: The 28-year-old infielder suffered the injury when he jammed his thumb on second base while sliding during Friday’s game. He’s considered day-to-day. Brett Wisely will start in his place at second base and bat ninth for the Giants on Saturday evening. Rotoworld Saturday, 5:38 pm

  • Dealing with jammed thumb
Estrada is considered day-to-day after jamming his thumb during Friday's game against the Yankees, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Saturday's absence from the lineup is more than just a day off for the second baseman, who suffered a minor thumb injury in the series opener against New York. Estrada was deemed day-to-day and won't have the benefit of a team-wide rest day until Thursday. If Estrada is forced to miss more time, Brett Wisely would likely fill the gap at second. • Idle Saturday
Estrada is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Yankees, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: Estrada will get his first day off since May 12, a well-earned break after generating seven hits across his last four starts. Brett Wisely will play second and bat ninth. Rotowire.com Saturday, 2:52 pm

  • ‘No timetable’ for Trea Turner (hamstring) yet
Phillies manager Rob Thomson told reporters Friday that Trea Turner (hamstring) remains without a definitive timetable to return.

Advice: Turner suffered a minor setback in his recovery from a left hamstring strain earlier this week when he experienced leg soreness following a high-intensity workout. He managed to resume fielding grounders and also did some light jogging prior to Friday’s game against the Cardinals, but doesn’t appear close to running the bases again, which would be his final hurdle prior to a minor league rehab assignment. It’s a frustrating situation for fantasy managers, but the Phillies can’t really afford to rush him back and risk another setback. At this point, a mid-June return seems like a best-case scenario. • Logs 20th steal
Caballero went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts, two runs scored and a stolen base Thursday against the Athletics.

Advice: This line is indicative of Caballero's skill set, as he's striking out at a 29.3 percent clip and has just a .306 on-base percentage. However, he has already racked up 20 stolen bases, only the second player to hit that mark at this point in the campaign. Caballero's playing time could be in danger upon the return of Taylor Walls (hip), but for now, he fills a key role for both the Rays and fantasy managers. Rotowire.com Friday, 7:34 am
