      Red Sox manager Alex Cora acknowledged after Saturday’s victory over the Tigers that Vaughn Grissom (hamstring) is likely heading to the injured list.

      Advice: Just how long he’ll remain there is still up in the air though. The 23-year-old infielder suffered a right hamstring strain during the second inning of Saturday’s contest — the severity of which is not yet known.       Advice: Grissom was removed from Saturday's game against the Tigers in the third inning after slowing up and grabbing his right hamstring running to first on a groundout. While it's not the same hamstring that sidelined him at the start of the year, Saturday's injury will likely require an IL stint.
