    • Activated and in Tuesday's lineup
The Phillies activated Harper (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Advice: Harper spent the minimum 10 days on the IL while he recovered from a strained left hamstring. He'll be back in action for Tuesday's series opener against the Dodgers, manning first base and batting third. Rotowire.com Today, 12:10 pm

    • Officially activated
The Phillies reinstated Schwarber (groin) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Advice: Just as manager Rob Thomson suggested over the weekend would be the case, Schwarber will return to the 26-man active roster ahead of Tuesday's series opener against the Dodgers. He'll likely slot back in atop the Philadelphia lineup as the team's designated hitter Tuesday against Dodgers right-hander Bobby Miller. Rotowire.com Today, 12:05 pm

    • Phillies activate Kyle Schwarber on Tuesday
Phillies activated OF Kyle Schwarber from the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Schwarber is back, and so is Bryce Harper (hamstring). Schwarber missed just a little over the minimum stint while dealing with his groin issue, and the power-hitting 31-year-old should hit at the top of the lineup again for a loaded Philadelphia group. • Phillies activate Bryce Harper for Tuesday retirn
Phillies activated 1B Bryce Harper from the 10-day injured list.

Advice: In addition to the Phillies getting Harper back, they’re also activating Kyle Schwarber off the injured list. Harper ended up missing just a little under to weeks with his hamstring issue, and the 31-year-old superstar will return to a middle-of-the-order lineup spot for one of the best teams in baseball. Great news for everyone that doesn’t have to face the Phillies or Harper in fantasy leagues. Rotoworld Today, 11:59 am

    • Continues offensive surge
Seager went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run, an additional run and a double in Monday's 9-4 win against the Angels.

Advice: Seager helped Texas get off to a fast start with his massive 457-foot, two-run blast in the first frame. The shortstop added a double in the seventh for his third straight multi-hit effort. Seager also extended his overall hitting streak to 13 games, and during that stretch he's batting .373 (19-for-51) with three homers, seven doubles, 10 RBI, nine runs and a stolen base. • Mike Trout (knee) works out on field before game
Mike Trout took soft toss and jogged outside on the field prior to Monday’s game.

Advice: “I feel great, I feel fine and I’m progressing the way I should be,” Trout said. “It’s good to get out there and start moving around instead of being in the weight room and the cage. It’s all about the progression of running. I feel good hitting. I took 30 swings out there with no pain at all.” Trout is aiming to return from knee surgery late this month. • Alec Burleson homers, plates three vs. Nationals
Alec Burleson went 2-for-5 with a solo homer and three RBI on Monday, powering the Cardinals to a 6-0 victory over the Nationals.

Advice: Burleson’s breakthrough campaign continued on Monday afternoon as he did most of his damage in the late stages of this one, blasting a solo homer -- his career-high 14th round-tripper of the season -- off Nationals reliever Jacob Barnes in the eighth inning to give the Cardinals a commanding three-run advantage at the time. He also tacked on a two-run single in the ensuing frame, just for good measure. The 25-year-old figures to continue playing regularly at designated hitter against right-handed pitching as he’s off to a stellar start this year, batting .283 with 14 homers and seven steals through 83 contests. • Cracks homer, plates three in win
Burleson went 2-for-5 with a solo homer and two additional RBI in Monday's 6-0 victory over Washington.

Advice: The St. Louis slugger smashed a 406-foot, solo shot off Jacob Barnes in the eighth inning to extend the lead to 3-0. Burleson has rounded into a formidable bat over his past 20 games, hitting .316 (24-for-76) with five homers, 21 RBI and 15 runs scored while batting second nearly every day. Overall, the 25-year-old is slashing .283/.319/.464 with 14 homers, 45 RBI and 36 runs scored in 316 total plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:45 pm

    • Could start batting practice soon
Trout (knee) jogged on the field and hit some soft toss Monday, and the 32-year-old outfielder said he should progress to batting practice in a few days, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Trout continues to work his way back from surgery on the torn meniscus in his left knee in early May. It took him until late June to return to baseball activities, but he has been ramping up his workouts and is close to taking the next step in his rehab program. Trout is aiming to return from the injured list by the end of July, but he'll likely need a rehab assignment before returning to major-league action. Prior to his injury, Trout was slashing .220/.325/.541 with 10 home runs and 14 RBI over 126 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:09 pm
