• Removed with wrist injury Saturday
Ruiz suffered a wrist injury on a diving catch in the sixth inning of Saturday's win over the Marlins and was removed from the game, MLB.com reports.

Advice: Ruiz appeared to hurt his glove hand and remained down for a brief time following the catch, cradling his left wrist as he exited the field with team trainers. Seth Brown replaced him in left field, and Ruiz could well be headed for a day off in Sunday's series finale, at minimum. Rotowire.com 18 minutes ago

  • Jurickson Profar has jack and a bag in victory
Jurickson Profar went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer and a stolen base on Saturday night as the Padres demolished the Diamondbacks in San Diego.

Advice: Profar didn’t seem to mind being dropped down to the fifth spot in the lineup following the addition of Luis Arraez. He reached on a fielder’s choice and swiped a base in the opening inning but was left stranded at second. He then led off the fourth inning with a single and scored on a ground ball off the bat of Luis Campusano. He also helped to pad the Padres’ lead with a 395-foot (102.0 mph EV) two-run shot off of Brandon Hughes in the seventh inning, making it a 7-0 ballgame. Conventional wisdom says that he’ll eventually crash back to earth, but Profar is on top of the world right now. He’s slashing a robust .347/.435/.542 with five homers, 23 RBI and a pair of stolen bases. Rotoworld 42 minutes ago
  • Corbin Carroll singles in loss to Padres
Corbin Carroll went 1-for-4 with a single as the Diamondbacks were demolished by the Padres on Saturday night in San Diego.

Advice: Hitting out of the eighth spot in the Diamondbacks’ lineup, the 23-year-old outfielder singled with two outs in the fifth inning but was left stranded at first base. He struck out in each of his other two plate appearances in the ballgame. It’s been a brutal start to the season for Carroll, as he’s hitting a paltry .194/.291/.242 with one home run, five RBI and eight stolen bases through his first 32 ballgames. • Ejected from Saturday's win
Judge went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI before being ejected for arguing balls and strikes in the seventh inning of Saturday's 5-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Home plate umpire Ryan Blakney was generous with strike calls on pitches off the plate all day, and Judge's muttering as he walked back to the dugout after getting rung up for a second time got him tossed. Per Joe Trezza of MLB.com, it was the first ejection of Judge's career -- at any level of baseball. He still made an impact in the win, and while the 32-year-old slugger has had a slow start to the season, he's produced three multi-hit performances, two homers and six RBI in his last eight games. • Brent Rooker powers A’s in 20-run explosion
Brent Rooker went 3-for-4 with two homers and five RBI in a 20-4 win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: With a runner on in the third inning, Rooker took Trevor Rogers deep for a two-run homer. The A’s would bat around the order, adding five more runs before Rooker blasted a three-run shot for his second of the inning in Oakland’s offensive explosion. He added a walk and a base hit, ending his day slashing .240/.329/.600 with eight homers and 20 RBI across 85 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 7:25 pm

  • JJ Bleday slugs three-run homer in A’s win
JJ Bleday went 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBI against the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Bleday drew a walk in the second inning, then broke the game open with a three-run homer off Trevor Rogers in the third. He later led off the sixth with a base hit and scored on a home run by Brett Harris. Bleday plated a fourth run with a double in the seventh for good measure. The 26-year-old outfielder is slashing .255/.328/.455 with four homers and 13 RBI across 122 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 7:22 pm

  • Bryan De La Cruz goes yard in blowout loss
Bryan De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: De La Cruz knocked a base hit in the fourth inning, then took Dany Jiménez deep for a two-run homer in the eighth. It wouldn’t be nearly enough in Miami’s blowout loss. The 27-year-old outfielder has been one of the team’s only bright spots, hitting .262/.305/.447 with six homers and 18 RBI across 151 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 7:22 pm
  • Will undergo MRI on hamstring
Kwan will undergo an MRI on his injured left hamstring Sunday, Paul Hoynes of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Advice: Kwan tweaked the hamstring during Saturday's game against the Angels while making a play in the outfield. More should be known about a potential injured list stint and timetable following the exam. Kwan is off to an excellent start this season, slashing .353/.407/.496 over 32 games. • Belts eighth homer
Greene went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Yankees.

Advice: The 23-year-old led off the game by taking Clarke Schmidt deep, giving Greene his third long ball in the last five contests and extending his hitting streak to seven games. The fifth overall pick in the 2019 Draft is beginning to live up to that pedigree, slashing .276/.401/.552 through 33 contests with eight homers, 16 RBI and 26 runs. Rotowire.com Today, 7:06 pm
