    • Win streak up to five
Lively (6-2) allowed three hits and struck out one without walking a batter over five shutout innings to earn the win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: Lively might have had more in the tank -- he threw just 65 pitches (43 strikes) in a sharp but somewhat short outing. It was enough for his fifth straight win, and he's allowed just eight runs with a 22:6 K:BB over 28.1 innings in that span. Lively isn't dominating by most measures, as his 20.2 percent whiff rate is in the 15th percentile in the majors, per Statcast. He also averages just 90 mph between his four-seam fastball and sinker, which combine for roughly 60 percent of his pitches. Despite the poor under-the-hood metrics, he's pitched to a 2.59 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 48:15 K:BB over 55.2 innings through 10 starts this season. Lively's next start is projected to be at Toronto. • Connects for ninth home run
Candelario went 1-for-4 with a home run in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Cubs.

Advice: Candelario delivered early in this one with a solo home run off Ben Brown in the first inning. The Reds' third baseman has responded nicely since being moved to the three hole in the lineup with six home runs and nine RBI in his 16 games since the move. The 30-year-old extended his hitting streak to a season-best eight games and he'll take a .238/.305/.449 line into Sunday's game. Rotowire.com Today, 6:44 pm

    • Reaches 20 homers
Henderson went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and a walk in a 5-0 win against Tampa Bay on Saturday.

Advice: Henderson iced the game for Baltimore in the ninth inning, swatting a three-run shot to right field to give the team a 5-0 lead. The long ball was his 20th of the campaign, second most in the majors behind Aaron Judge. Henderson has reached base safely via hit or walk in 17 straight games and is batting .258 with four home runs, 11 RBI, 14 runs, a stolen base and an 18:20 BB:K during that span. • Kyle Tucker (shin) hoping to return on Friday
Kyle Tucker (shin) told reporters on Saturday that he’s feeling much improved and is hopeful he’ll be able to return to the Astros’ lineup when he’s first eligible on Friday.

Advice: The dynamic 27-year-old outfielder is now walking with just one crutch instead of two and he plans to resume baseball activities while the team is in San Francisco this week. It sounds like barring any setbacks, Tucker should be ready to rock at some point next weekend. Rotoworld Today, 5:50 pm

    • Aiming for Friday return
Tucker (lower leg) is aiming to return to the Astros' lineup Friday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Tucker is hopeful to return after the minimum 10 days on the injured list with a bruised right shin. He's been steadily improving since sustaining the injury and is down to using just one crutch after being seen Friday on two. Mauricio Dubon should handle most of the right field work until Tucker returns, though Joey Loperfido should get into the mix after recently being called up. Rotowire.com Today, 5:46 pm

Gunnar Henderson went 1-for-4 with a walk and a three-run home run against the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: Henderson’s home run was his 20th of the year. He hit a three-run home run off Phil Maton in the ninth inning. Henderson is hitting .263 with a .947 OPS and 45 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Today, 4:18 pm

Jeimer Candelario went 1-for-4 with a solo home run against the Cubs on Saturday.

    • Andrés Muñoz available in relief this weekend
Andrés Muñoz (back) is available for Saturday’s game against the Royals.

Advice: Muñoz has been dealing with a back strain that he tweaked during an on-field collision earlier this week and appears ready to return this weekend after getting through a couple bullpen sessions without any issues. Rotoworld Today, 11:56 am

    • Counsell: Nico Hoerner has small fracture in hand
Cubs manager Craig Counsell told reporters Saturday that Nico Hoerner has been diagnosed with a small fracture in his right hand.

Advice: Counsell added that team doctors are comfortable with Hoerner returning to action if the pain and swelling subside in his right hand. It sounds like the club is going to take a few additional days before making a decision on whether he’ll require a trip to the injured list. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now.
