    • Rafael Devers has four hits in win over Orioles
Rafael Devers went 4-for-5 with a triple and two RBI in an 8-3 win over the Orioles on Tuesday.

Advice: It was a solid day at the plate for Devers, who had two hits over 104 mph and is now hitting .295 with seven home runs and 19 RBI in 25 games in May. It’s safe to say that he’s rebounded nicely from his slow start to the year, and the counting stats should continue to climb when the Red Sox are able to get Tyler O’Neill, Triston Casas, and Masataka Yoshida back in the lineup around Devers. • Sitting Tuesday
Duran isn't in the Rangers' lineup for Tuesday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Duran will take a seat Tuesday despite putting together a respectable five-game hitting streak. His absence will allow Travis Jankowski to start in left field while batting ninth. Rotowire.com Today, 5:03 pm

    • Sitting down for nightcap
Martinez isn't in the Mets' lineup for the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Dodgers, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Advice: After a 1-for-4 effort in Game 1, Martinez will get a breather to conclude Tuesday's activities. DJ Stewart will instead get the nod as New York's DH and bat fourth. Rotowire.com Today, 4:32 pm

    • Royce Lewis (quad) plays 3B on Tuesday at AAA
Royce Lewis (quad) played seven innings at third base on Tuesday for Triple-A St. Paul.

Advice: Lewis went 0-for-3 at the dish and made his first appearance in the field since kicking off a minor league rehab assignment last week. The 24-year-old third baseman will presumably require at least a handful of additional tune-up contests to get back up to speed before returning to Minnesota. This was certainly a step in the right direction as he works his way back from a severe quad strain that sent him to the injured list back on Opening Day. Rotoworld Today, 3:26 pm

    • Getting day off
Mountcastle is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against Boston.

Advice: After making five straight starts, Mountcastle will take a seat Tuesday. The first baseman has generated a hit in six straight games, going 11-for-25 (.440) with five runs scored and four doubles. Ryan O'Hearn will play first base and bat third while Kyle Stowers fills the DH spot and bats seventh. Rotowire.com Today, 12:25 pm

    • Ryan Mountcastle gets Tuesday off vs. Red Sox
Ryan Mountcastle is not in the starting lineup Tuesday against the Orioles.

Advice: Mountcastle will get a day off against Brayan Bello and the Red Sox. Kyle Stowers is the designated hitter for the Orioles with Ryan O’Hearn lined up at first base. Rotoworld Today, 12:19 pm

    • Belts fourth homer in win
Bichette went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: He took Nick Nastrini deep in the fourth inning, one of three long balls for Toronto on the day. Bichette is batting .424 (14-for-33) over the last eight games, boosting his slash line on the season to .247/.297/.366 with four homers, four steals, 18 runs and 23 RBI through 50 contests. • Ends power drought Monday
Springer went 2-for-3 with a walk, a two-run home run and a second run scored in Monday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: The veteran outfielder opened the scoring in the second inning when he lifted a first-pitch fastball from Nick Nastrini over the fence in left field. Springer snapped a 22-game homer drought with the blast, a stretch in which he slashed a woeful .136/.191/.173. He hasn't failed to hit 20 home runs in a full season since 2015, but the 34-year-old has his work cut out for him this summer to reach that mark again -- Springer has only four long balls through Toronto's first 53 games. • First homer since mid-April
Sheets went 2-for-5 with a solo home run Monday against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Sheets popped his fourth homer of the season and his first since April 17. He's struggled throughout May, hitting just .197 with seven RBI and five runs scored in 23 games. Positively, Sheets has collected six of those RBI in his last five starts and is striking out at just a 13.1 percent clip for the month. Rotowire.com Today, 6:53 am
