    • Correa has home run, three hits, three RBI vs. A’s
Carlos Correa went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, three RBI, and a home run against the Athletics on Thursday.

Advice: Correa has been absolutely on fire at the plate lately. He’s hitting 18-for-33 (.545) with two home runs and nine RBI in his last eight games. Correa’s average is suddenly up to .299 with 31 RBI on the season. Despite only having six home runs total this year, his fantasy value is undeniable. Rotoworld Today, 7:42 pm

    • Returns to lineup Thursday
Ward (back) is serving as the Angels' designated hitter and batting third Thursday versus the Diamondbacks, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Ward was taken out of Tuesday's game due to back tightness and had to miss Wednesday's contest as well, but the issue has now seemingly subsided. Since June 1, the 30-year-old outfielder has gone just 4-for-28 with two RBI and scored two runs while striking out eight times in nine games. Rotowire.com Today, 3:27 pm

    • Back in action Thursday
O'Hoppe (groin) is starting at catcher and batting fifth Thursday versus Arizona, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: O'Hoppe had to sit out Wednesday's contest after getting hit in the groin by a foul tip Tuesday, but he is seemingly feeling well enough to catch Griffin Canning in Thursday's series finale. The 24-year-old backstop has been white-hot at the plate recently, going 10-for-23 with a homer, two RBI and five runs scored since the beginning of June. Rotowire.com Today, 3:23 pm

    • Idle Thursday
Smith isn't in the Dodgers' lineup Thursday versus the Rangers.

Advice: Smith will get some scheduled rest after starting in five consecutive games. In that span, the catcher went 5-for-19 with a homer in series versus the Yankees and Rangers. With the 29-year-old on the bench Thursday, Austin Barnes will start behind the dish and bat ninth. Rotowire.com Today, 3:14 pm

    • Taylor Ward returns to lineup at DH on Thursday
Taylor Ward (back) is in the lineup for Thursday’s series finale against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Ward is back at designated hitter and batting third on Thursday evening following a one-game absence for precautionary reasons due to lower back tightness. The 30-year-old slugger, who has 12 homers and two steals in 65 games this season, has been the subject of trade rumors over the last few weeks and could wind up being moved in the coming weeks. • Logan O’Hoppe returns to Halos lineup on Thursday
Logan O’Hoppe (groin) is back in the lineup for Thursday’s game against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: O’Hoppe is back handling the catching duties for Thursday’s series finale against Arizona following a one-game absence after taking a foul ball to the groin area during Tuesday’s contest. The 24-year-old backstop appears to have avoided serious injury and shouldn’t miss any additional time moving forward. Rotoworld Today, 3:05 pm

    • Lance Lynn pulled with lead in fifth inning
Lance Lynn was charged with three runs in 4 1/3 innings Thursday versus the Pirates.

Advice: After going four scoreless, Lynn gave up a single and two walks to open the fifth. He might have gotten out of it from there if only he hadn’t kicked a comebacker with one out and the bases loaded; it could have been a double play had it made it through untouched, but it instead resulted in no outs and a run in. Lynn was pulled at that point, and two of the three runners he left on came around to score off John King. It’s a third straight start in which Lynn has failed to complete five innings. His 3.75 ERA remains reasonable, but the early exits have left him with a 2-3 record, even though the Cardinals are 8-6 in his 14 starts. Rotoworld Today, 2:57 pm
    • Falls apart in fifth inning
Lynn came away with a no-decision Thursday, giving up three runs on four hits and three walks over 4.1 innings in a 4-3 win versus the Pirates.

Advice: Lynn cruised through the first four innings, allowing only three baserunners to reach before he hit a wall in the fifth. He departed with the bases loaded in the fifth, and all three baserunners would come around to score. The veteran righty has struggled going deep into games of late, as this was his third straight start of less than five frames. The 37-year-old will take a 3.75 ERA through 14 starts into his next outing, tentatively scheduled for early next week against the Marlins. Rotowire.com Today, 2:56 pm
    • Aaron Judge fans four times, loses on-base streak
Aaron Judge struck out all four times up versus the Royals on Thursday to snap a 37-game on-base streak.

Advice: It was all quiet from the Yankees before the game, but we wonder if something is up with Judge, who was put at DH today even though he just had Monday off and it meant sitting Giancarlo Stanton after he’d homered the previous two days. It was the third golden sombrero of the year for Judge. Rotoworld Today, 2:26 pm
