      Josh Lowe (oblique) is expected to rejoin the Rays for Tuesday’s series opener against the Marlins in Miami.

      Advice: The dynamic 26-year-old outfielder played three games with Triple-A Durham over the weekend and Rays’ skipper Kevin Cash was “very encouraged” by how he looked. Lowe has been sidelined since May 23 due to a right oblique strain.       Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Abreu twisted his right ankle in the dugout during Sunday's loss to the Tigers and is receiving treatment, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

      Advice: The 24-year-old went 1-for-4 with a run scored before he suffered the injury and was replaced by a pinch hitter during the ninth inning.       Red Sox’ manager Alex Cora told reporters after Sunday’s loss to the Tigers that Wilyer Abreu is getting treatment on his ankle.

      Advice: The 24-year-old outfielder slipped down the dugout steps late in the game and appeared to roll his ankle. He stayed in the game though, until he was pinch-hit for against left-hander Andrew Chafin in the ninth inning.       Cedric Mullins went 0-for-4 before being lifted for a pinch-hitter Sunday versus the Rays.

      Advice: It says a lot that the Orioles hit for Mullins against a righty. The team hoped he was breaking out of his slump a couple of weeks ago, but he’s 1-for-20 with a 7/0 K/BB ratio since May 24, dropping his season line to .181/.225/.319. He’s a tough guy to drop in fantasy leagues, since he can be very valuable when he’s on (he just had six homers and six steals in April), but this is ugly right now.       Santander went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Saturday's 9-5 win over the Rays.

      Advice: Santander has started to look more like himself, going 9-for-32 (.281) with three homers over his last nine contests. For the year, he's slashing .218/.300/.440 with 10 homers, 30 RBI, 29 runs scored, 11 doubles, one triple and no stolen bases. Santander has been plagued by a .224 BABIP this year, so it's no surprise his overall numbers are down, but it's a reason for optimism that he'll be able to turn things around.       Rosario went 1-for-1 as a pinch hitter in Saturday's game against the Orioles.

      Advice: Rosario entered the game in the ninth inning after hitting the bench for the second time in the last four games.       Anthony Santander went 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs scored, and a walk against the Rays on Saturday.

      Advice: Santander followed Ryan Mountcastle’s homer in the first inning with his own solo blast to extend the lead. He then drew a walk in the third before scoring on a double by Kyle Stowers.       Matt Vierling went 2-for-4 with two doubles and a run scored against the Red Sox on Saturday.

      Advice: Vierling led the game off with a double off Cooper Criswell and scored on a single by Riley Greene. Vierling added another double to start the sixth, but was left stranded on the bases.
