    Corey Seager went 3-for-5 with a walk in a win for the Rangers over the Marlins on Saturday.

  • Framber Valdez spins seven strong in win over MIN
    Framber Valdez gave up just one hit on two runs while working seven innings to get a win Saturday against the Twins.

    Advice: Valdez did issue two walks, but he was able to keep the self-inflicted damage to a low roar while striking out four. The southpaw has gone seven innings in three of his last five starts, and he hasn’t allowed more than two runs in any of those outings.   • Kyle Bradish surrenders five runs in no-decision
    Kyle Bradish allowed five runs with six strikeouts over 2 2/3 innings in a no-decision against the Rays on Saturday.

    Advice: Bradish was able to work around a pair of hits in the first inning, but allowed three runs in to score in the second on three singles and a triple. Things fell apart for Bradish in the third. A wild pitch put a runner on before he walked three straight batters to bring a run in. He was replaced with two outs in the inning at 76 pitches. He struck out six. The 27-year-old right-hander will take a 3.18 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and a 40/14 K/BB ratio across 28 1/3 innings into a start against the Blue Jays in Toronto on Thursday.   • Matt Vierling doubles twice against Red Sox
    Matt Vierling went 2-for-4 with two doubles and a run scored against the Red Sox on Saturday.

    Advice: Vierling led the game off with a double off Cooper Criswell and scored on a single by Riley Greene. Vierling added another double to start the sixth, but was left stranded on the bases.
