    • Brayan Bello struggles in loss to Yankees Friday
Brayan Bello was hit hard in Friday night’s loss to the Yankees, surrendering five runs (four earned) on six hits over his 4 2/3 innings of work.

Advice: The right-hander also issued three free passes on the evening while striking out five. Former teammate Alex Verdugo delivered most of the damage against him in this one, clobbering a two-run homer in the opening inning and adding an RBI double in the fifth. Bello got seven swings and misses on 92 pitches on the night, posting a CSW of 29 percent. He’ll look to bounce back as he carries a 4.86 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and a 56/24 K/BB ratio (63 innings) into Wednesday’s matchup against the Blue Jays in Toronto. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Marcell Ozuna crushes 19th home run in win
Marcell Ozuna went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer, walk, and two runs scored against the Rays on Friday.

Advice: Ozuna got the Braves going early, taking Zack Littell deep to the opposite field in the first inning and Atlanta wouldn’t look back. Ozuna tied Kyle Tucker for third in the league with 19 home runs and has been one of the best offensive players in baseball so far this season. Rotoworld 56 minutes ago

    • Return might come Monday
Turner (hamstring) could be activated from the 10-day injured list on Sunday or Monday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Advice: While the Phillies have been vague about Turner's timetable, Gelb notes that the shortstop ran again Friday and while he could "maybe" return Sunday, it will "probably" happen Monday. Philadelphia begins a six-game homestand on Monday against the Padres. Turner has been shelved since early May with a left hamstring strain and it's looking like he'll skip a rehab assignment. • Starting rehab assignment Sunday
Kremer (triceps) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Advice: Kremer is slated to throw around four innings in what will be his first outing since he landed on the 15-day injured list three weeks ago with a right triceps strain. It could be the only rehab start he needs before rejoining the Orioles' rotation. If that's the case, he would be set up to start next weekend in Houston. Rotowire.com Today, 1:33 pm

    • Dean Kremer to make rehab start on Sunday
Dean Kremer (triceps) will make a minor league rehab start at Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday.

Advice: Orioles’ manager Brandon Hyde told reporters on Friday that Kremer will work around four innings in that outing. It’s likely that he’ll need a second rehab start after that one before he’s ready to return to the Orioles’ rotation. In the meantime, it should give Cade Povich at least another week to establish himself in the O’s rotation. Rotoworld Today, 1:25 pm

    • Good to go Friday
Arenado (hand) is starting at third base and batting cleanup Friday against the Cubs, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Advice: The 33-year-old had X-rays come back negative on his right hand after being hit by a pitch Thursday, and he's apparently fine given he's back in the lineup a day later. Arenado is 8-for-20 with two doubles and two RBI in his past five games, and he has a .273/.340/.386 slash line through 12 contests in June. Rotowire.com Today, 8:33 am

    • Fans eight over six frames
Pfaadt (3-5) earned the win over the Angels on Thursday, allowing one run on six hits and three walks over six innings while striking out eight.

Advice: Pfaadt allowed the leadoff man to reach base in two of his first three innings, but escaped unscathed via double plays on each occasion. He would then surrender an RBI single to Mickey Moniak in the fourth before going on to log his seventh quality start of the campaign. The right-hander has allowed two or fewer runs in three of his last six outings, going 2-2 over that stretch. Pfaadt's also recorded at least seven strikeouts in four of his last six starts. • Brandon Pfaadt strikes out eight, allows one run
Brandon Pfaadt struck out eight while limiting the Angels to one run in six innings to get a win Thursday.

Advice: Pfaadt did have some control issues with three walks and 62-of-108 pitches landing for strikes, but he was able to work out of jams thanks to the punchouts. It’s a much improved effort from last weekend when he gave up nine hits and five runs against San Diego. Pfaadt has shown almost zero consistency in his MLB career — at least not in a positive way — but the stuff is here for him to be a successful fantasy option. His next chance for quality results comes next week against the Nats. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:14 pm
    • Not starting Thursday
Raleigh isn't in the Mariners' lineup for Thursday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: Although Raleigh is currently enjoying a five-game hitting streak, the Mariners will sit him down for Thursday's series finale while Seby Zavala starts behind the plate and bats ninth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:11 pm
