    Bradley (pectoral) has joined the Rays in Tampa Bay and is likely to be activated to make his season debut this week, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

    Advice: Bradley has been out all season with a right pectoral strain, but he looked good in two rehab starts, most recently yielding just one earned run across six innings while striking out eight with Triple-A Durham this past Friday.     Rangers recalled INF Jonathan Ornelas from Triple-A Round Rock.

    Advice: The 23-year-old is hitting .278 in 97 plate appearances at Triple-A Round Rock with two home runs, 10 runs, and 11 RBI. He got a brief chance in Texas last season when Josh Jung went down, but he hit just .143. He figures to just be a depth piece in the short-term; however, since he is an infielder, him being called up could signal that Ezequiel Duran could see more time in the outfield with Wyatt Langford on the IL.     Palacios is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the White Sox, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

    Advice: Palacios has served as a strong-side platoon player in right field for much of the season, but his opportunities in the outfield could be more scarce moving forward with Josh Lowe (hamstring) coming off the 10-day injured list Monday after Jonny DeLuca was activated just three days earlier. Perhaps in preparation to the incoming logjam in the outfield, Palacios has been given more exposure to second base, where he started both of the past two games. He could end up forming a platoon at that spot with the right-handed-hitting Amed Rosario, though it'll be Rosario who gets the starting nod Monday versus White Sox righty Mike Clevinger. Palacios has been one of the better-performing hitters for the Rays this season, posting an .87O OPS while going 5-for-5 in stolen-base attempts across his 95 plate appearances.     Advice: He'll take the 26-man active roster spot vacated by Wyatt Langford (hamstring), who was placed on the 10-day injured list. Ornelas, 23, has posted a .720 OPS with two home runs and one stolen base at Round Rock this season, but the Rangers are bringing him aboard mainly for his capable glove in the middle infield.     Advice: The 22-year-old is hitting .224/.295/.293 in 129 plate appearances with one home run, 13 runs, 11 RBI, and one steal. He’s striking out only 22 percent of the time with a 7 percent swinging strike rate so there isn’t any major glaring concern; however, the results simply haven’t been there. The team has said Langford could miss a month and there’s no guarantee that the Rangers will activate him immediately when he is healthy enough to play.
