    • Bo Bichette collects RBI in loss to Athletics
Bo Bichette went 2-for-4 with an RBI on Friday in the Blue Jays’ loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Bichette got Toronto on the scoreboard in the seventh inning with a run-scoring single off Athletics reliever Austin Adams following a leadoff double from Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The 26-year-old shortstop has struggled this season to a lackluster .238 batting average to go along with just 19 runs scored, four homers, 26 RBI and four steals across 60 contests. • Surrenders seven in no-decision
Miller did not factor into the decision in Friday's 10-9 loss to Kansas City, allowing seven runs on six hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out one.

Advice: Miller posted his worst start of the season, allowing nine baserunners and seven runs, each marking season worsts. The Seattle right-hander was cruising through three scoreless innings before allowing four runs in the fourth, rounded out with a three-run blast by MJ Melendez. The outing pushed Miller's WHIP north of one, as it now stands at 1.02 to go with a 3.81 ERA over 75.2 innings. The 25-year-old looks to bounce back in his next scheduled start against the White Sox at home. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:41 pm
    • Yordan Alvarez knocks in three in Astros’ win
Yordan Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a three-run double and a walk versus the Angels in Friday’s win.

Advice: Alvarez is 10-for-23 with three homers and nine RBI in six games this month, raising his OPS from .792 to .851. It’d be a big surprise if he’s not one of the AL’s best hitters the rest of the way. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:06 pm

    • Camilo Doval perfect in earning save
Camilo Doval was perfect in the ninth for a save in a 5-2 game against the Rangers on Friday.

Advice: Doval was pitching for the first time since giving up four runs in a blown save and a loss to the Yankees on Sunday. He definitely hasn’t been as effective as he was last year, in large part because he’s walked 17 in 24 1/3 innings, but he is 10-for-12 in save chances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:38 pm
    • Bryce Miller struggles over five in no-decision
Bryce Miller gave up seven runs in five innings but didn’t factor in the decision against the Royals on Friday.

Advice: Miller was handed an 8-0 lead, but he nearly gave it all back himself. The right-hander walked three while allowing eight hits — including a three-run homer to MJ Melendez — and he struck out just one in his worst start of the season. Miller has mostly looked the part, but this one sees his ERA jump up to 3.81. There are still things hear to figure out before he’s an elite fantasy option. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:08 pm
    • Secures save
Doval struck out one batter in a perfect inning to earn a save over the Rangers on Friday.

Advice: Doval fired 10 of 15 pitches to quickly retire the Ragners' 3-4-5 hitters in order and finish off the 5-2 win. It was his first appearance since coughing up four runs against the Yankees on June 2. Doval has now converted 10 of his 12 save chances and Friday was his first successful attempt since May 24. Doval lowered his season ERA to 4.07 through 24.1 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:56 pm
    • Kimbrel picks up 14th save Friday
Craig Kimbrel tossed a clean ninth inning and picked up the save against the Rays on Friday.

Advice: The save was Kimbrel’s 14th of the season and came on the heels of him taking the loss in his last appearance against the Blue Jays on Wednesday. That wasn’t a save opportunity, though. The 36-year-old right-handed is now 7-for-7 in save opportunities since the end of April. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:47 pm
    • Implodes vs. Brewers
Olson (1-7) took the loss Friday against Milwaukee, allowing eight runs on 12 hits and a walk over four innings. He struck out six.

Advice: It was a brutal night for Olson, who was tagged for a career-high eight runs. The 24-year-old right-hander has now allowed 13 runs over 9.1 innings in his last two outings after holding opponents to one earned run or fewer in each of his previous six outings. Overall, Olson sports a 3.43 ERA with a 1.20 WHIP and 58:22 K:BB across 65.2 innings. He'll look to get back on track in his next start, currently scheduled for next week at home against the Nationals. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:40 pm
    • Olson hit hard again in loss Friday
Reese Olson allowed eight runs in four innings and took the loss against the Brewers on Friday.

Advice: Olson gave up 12 hits, walked one and struck out six. He allowed five runs to the Red Sox in his last start and followed it up with his worst start of the season. Olson had a 1.92 ERA at the end of May, but now his ERA is 3.43 on the season. He allowed two home runs against the Red Sox in his last start, but didn’t allow any home runs to the Brewers. Olson did allow three doubles and a triple to Milwaukee. He struck out three in the first inning, but then allowed five runs in the second inning and it was downhill from there. The 24-year-old right-hander will look to bounce back against the Nationals at home next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:26 pm
