      Cal Raleigh went 1-for-1 with a grand slam in the Mariners’ win over the Twins on Tuesday.

      Advice: Raleigh came up clutch for the Mariners. Called on to pinch hit in the seventh inning with the bases loaded, Raleigh sent his ninth homer of the season deep into the left field stands for the fourth pinch-hit grand slam in Mariners history. The righty vs. lefty matchup paid off for Raleigh, who made the most of a breaking ball Steven Okert floated over the middle of the plate.       Vinnie Pasquantino finished 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI versus the Brewers on Tuesday.

      Shota Imanaga allowed two earned runs over seven innings while striking out eight in the Cubs’ 3-2 win over the Padres.

      Advice: Imanaga was stellar again on a night where the Cubs only provided him one run on offense. Unfortunately, a disastrous eighth inning, which he entered with 95 pitches alread on the ledger, quickly went awry for the lefty, who gave up a single a two-run homer to Jurickson Profar in the frame to get saddled with the loss. Outside of the disastrous eighth, Imanaga didn’t run into too much trouble in this one, stranding only one runner in scoring position while limiting the Padres to only singles through his first seven innings.     • Kutter Crawford strikes out six in loss to Braves
      Kutter Crawford allowed two earned runs over six innings while striking out six in the Red Sox loss to the Braves on Tuesday.

      Advice: Crawford gave up a two-run bomb to Jarred Kelenic in the third inning and scattered four more hits across six frames. The righty lowered his ERA to 1.75 on the year, and has now struck out six or more batters in six of his eight starts on the year.       Brandon Nimmo launched a go-ahead solo homer in the seventh inning on Monday, lifting the Mets to a 4-3 victory over the Cardinals.

      Advice: Nimmo’s tie-breaking seventh-inning shot off veteran reliever Andrew Kittredge wound up being the difference in a low-scoring series-opening showdown at Busch Stadium. It was his fourth round-tripper of the season and second time he’s gone deep in his last eight contests since April 29.
