Crawford (oblique) is set to join the Mariners ahead of their three-game series with the Yankees beginning Monday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Crawford appears to be ready to rejoin the major-league roster after being placed on the 10-day injured list with a Grade 1 right oblique strain April 25. The shortstop went 1-for-5 with a run scored during his short two-game rehab assignment, which was cut short after he was hit in the hand by a pitch Wednesday. Crawford has struggled to a .198/.296/.302 slash line with two homers, nine RBI and 13 runs scored over 86 at-bats in 22 games with Seattle this season and his return will likely push Dylan Moore out of the starting lineup. • Carlos Rodón goes six in defeating former team
Carlos Rodón pitched six innings of two-run ball and struck out six Sunday as the Yankees topped the White Sox 7-2.

Advice: Rodón got 23 missed swings today, with seven of those coming on the 18 changeups he threw. Rodón had been throwing the changeup just six percent of the time this season, and if he can continue to get results with that pitch, he’ll be considerably more dangerous. As is, Rodón is already 5-2 with a 3.27 ERA. Still, his peripherals haven’t backed up the ERA to date. Rotoworld 9 minutes ago

    • Chris Flexen pounded for seven runs by Yankees
Chris Flexen was tagged for seven runs in four-plus innings by the Yankees on Sunday.

Advice: Flexen got Yankee Stadiumed in a big way; the three-run homer he gave up to Jon Berti was a homer in two ballparks and Aaron Judge’s two-run shot, projected at 339 feet, was an out in every other ballpark. That’s not to say Flexen would have been good in another location, but it wouldn’t have been this ugly. Rotoworld 9 minutes ago

    • Jon Berti hits three-run homer versus White Sox
Jon Berti went 2-for-3 and hit a three-run homer versus the White Sox in Sunday’s win.

Advice: Berti’s first extra-base hit in 47 at-bats this season was a 366-foot fly that would have been a homer in two ballparks. We’d say the Yankees would have been better off playing him over Oswaldo Cabrera in recent weeks, but it hasn’t mattered much, and DJ LeMahieu is about to trump both players. Rotoworld 9 minutes ago

    • Corey Julks homers, reaches three times in loss
Corey Julks went 2-for-3 with a homer and a walk versus the Yankees on Sunday.

Advice: Julks isn’t a major league regular, but that’s not really the standard on the White Sox right now, not with Andrew Benintendi looking worse than ever and Gavin Sheets’ defense in right negating his maybe somewhat improved offense. He’ll probably play mostly against lefties, but it’s not like there’d be any harm in starting him against righties, too. Rotoworld 9 minutes ago

    • Adolis Garcia (forearm) undergoes MRI on Sunday
Adolis Garcia underwent an MRI exam on his injured right forearm on Sunday which came back clean for any structural damage.

Advice: The 31-year-old slugger was scratched from the Angels’ lineup on Sunday due to a right forearm issue. It looks like he avoided anything serious though and Rangers’ skipper Bruce Bochy told reporters that he expects Garcia to return to the team’s starting lineup on Tuesday. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Ryan Pressly (finger) unavailable again on Sunday
Astros’ manager Joe Espada told reporters after Sunday’s game that Ryan Pressly (finger) was unavailable once again for their contest against the Brewers.

Advice: The Astros remain hopeful that it’s simply a day-to-day type of situation and that Pressly won’t require a trip to the injured list. Expect Bryan Abreu to continue to work in the eighth inning while Pressly is shelved. Rotoworld 15 minutes ago

    • Imaging comes back clean
Garcia (forearm) underwent imaging on his forearm Sunday, which came back clean according to manager Bruce Bochy, Jeff Wilson of RangersToday.com reports.

Advice: Garcia was scratched from the lineup ahead of Sunday's series finale with the Angels due to right forearm discomfort, but he appears to have avoided any sort of significant injury. The team has an off day Monday, so the outfielder's next opportunity to return to the lineup will come Tuesday on the road versus the Phillies. Rotowire.com 16 minutes ago

    • Brady Singer strikes out nine, earns win
Brady Singer pitched six innings on Sunday in the Royals 9-4 win over the A’s. He struck out nine, walked one, allowed one earned run, and scattered six hits in a win.

Advice: Singer has been fantastic this season, leaning on his excellent slider as his primary pitch. He threw it 49% of the time on Sunday and it induced eight whiffs. He’s done well in putting his dismal 2023 behind him and will take a 2.70 ERA into his next start on Saturday in Tampa Bay. Rotoworld 18 minutes ago
