    • Getting day off
Kwan is absent from the lineup for Friday's game in Miami.

Advice: The Guardians have now mixed in two off days for Kwan in the outfielder's first week back from the injured list as they ease him into things. David Fry will be the left fielder Friday and Tyler Freeman will be elevated to the leadoff spot. Rotowire.com 24 minutes ago

    • Reaches four times, homers
Betts went 2-for-4 with two walks, a three-run home run and an additional run scored during Thursday's 11-7 win over the Pirates.

Advice: Betts' three-run blast capped off a six-run fifth inning for the Dodgers and plated Miguel Vargas and Austin Barnes. Prior to Thursday's outburst, Betts had gone 1-for-24 (.042) across six games. Despite the minor cold spell, he owns the ninth-best OPS in MLB at .923 with 10 homers and nine stolen bases. • Four hits, four RBI in win
Rafaela went 4-for-6 with four RBI and one run scored in Thursday's 14-2 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Rafaela entered Thursday 0-for-10 across his last three games before enjoying a breakout performance. While all four of his hits were singles, three of them led to more runs on the board for the Red Sox. The 23-year-old is slashing a meager .215/.243/.374 through 62 contests, but he's batting .276 (16-for-58) over his last 16 games. Rafaela has added seven home runs, 37 RBI, 29 runs scored and eight stolen bases this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:16 pm
    • Ceddanne Rafaela has four hits, plates four in win
Ceddanne Rafaela went 4-for-6 with four RBI on Thursday in the Red Sox’ win over the White Sox.

Advice: Rafaela matched a season-high with four hits in this one as Boston drubbed Chicago’s pitching staff for 14 runs on 24 hits in a lopsided affair. The 23-year-old defensive wizard continues to make an impact for the Red Sox, but remains a bit of a work in progress from an offensive standpoint. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:53 pm
    • Goes deep in loss
Suzuki went 2-for-4 with a double and a two-run home run in Thursday's 8-4 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Suzuki took Hunter Greene deep in the third inning for his seventh home run of the season. The outfielder now has three long balls over his last seven games, and he's batting a .308 during that span. Suzuki's numbers don't always jump off the page with a .781 OPS, but he's a fairly consistent contributor who gets plenty of playing time, which allows him to make an impact in most fantasy formats. • Mookie Betts homers to lead Dodgers past Pirates
Mookie Betts went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer on Thursday, powering the Dodgers to an 11-7 victory over the Pirates.

Advice: Betts capped off Los Angeles’ six-run explosion in the fifth inning with his 10th round-tripper of the season, taking Pirates reliever Ben Heller deep to center field. It was his second big fly in his last four games and first multi-hit effort since May 28. He also walked twice in this one. The 31-year-old fantasy superstar is batting .312/.411/.512 with 46 runs scored, 10 homers, 35 RBI and nine stolen bases through 292 plate appearances over 63 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:54 pm

    • William Contreras posts two hits, doubles in loss
William Contreras went 2-for-3 with a double on Wednesday in the Brewers’ shutout loss at the hands of the Phillies.

Advice: There weren’t a ton of bright spots here for Milwaukee as Contreras supplied two of their three total hits, and lone extra-base hit of the contest, as Phillies starter Aaron Nola and a pair of relievers combined on a three-hit shutout. Rotoworld Wednesday, 4:52 pm
    • Aims for return around July 1
Casas (ribs) said Wednesday in an interview with NESN that he should be cleared to swing a bat before the end of the week.

Advice: Casas noted earlier this week that he's still experiencing some discomfort in his ribs when he rotates, but the 24-year-old expects to progress enough in the coming days to try swinging a bat. The first baseman still has several hurdles to clear in the recovery process before being ready for game action, but he said in his interview that he's hoping to be activated from the 60-day injured list "right around July 1." • Triston Casas hoping to return around July 1
Triston Casas thinks he could return from his oblique strain right around July 1.

Advice: Casas has yet to resume swinging, but that could happen within the next few days. Obviously, that’ll be the real test before any sort of official timetable comes down. Rotoworld Wednesday, 12:10 pm
