    • Seiya Suzuki leaves with apparent injury vs. Reds
Seiya Suzuki has left Fridays game against the Reds with an apparent injury.

Advice: Suzuki was hit with a throw during a stolen base, and the outfielder didn’t appear to be comfortable after. Mike Tauchman has taken over for Suzuki in right field. It’s likely that the 29-year-old will undergo further evaluation before his status going forward is revealed. Rotoworld 46 minutes ago

    • Back in lineup Friday
Bregman (hand) is starting at third base and batting second in Friday's series opener against the Angels, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Advice: Bregman injured his left hand against the Cardinals on Tuesday after being hit by a pitch in the first inning. X-rays came back negative, though the Astros opted to scratch Bregman from Wednesday's lineup to give the 30-year-old additional rest. Over his last 10 games, Bregman has gone 14-for-39 with five home runs and eight RBI. Rotowire.com Today, 3:49 pm

    • On base four times in win
Wong went 2-for-4 with a walk, two RBI and three runs scored in Thursday's 14-2 win over the White Sox. He was also hit by a pitch.

Advice: Wong, who is enjoying a breakout campaign, raised his batting average to .327 and OBP to .382. Those career-best marks are heavily influenced by a .387 BABIP, making the backstop a strong sell-high candidate. Per MLB's Statcast, Wong's expected batting average is only .255. • Stays hot in win
Marte went 2-for-4 with a walk and an RBI in Thursday's 4-3 win over San Diego.

Advice: Marte delivered the go-ahead run in the seventh inning when his two-out single plated Corbin Carroll. Marte has rebounded nicely from an 0-for-22 skid in late May, going 11-for-28 (.393) with two home runs, two doubles, six RBI and five runs scored over the last eight contests. The Diamondbacks' offense could get a boost if the struggling Carroll can build off his three-hit performance Thursday, which would give Marte more run-producing opportunities. • Struggles with control in loss
Lopez (5-6) took the loss against the Yankees on Thursday, allowing seven runs on four hits and six walks while striking out four batters over four innings.

Advice: Lopez threw just 54 of 96 pitches for strikes and issued a season-high six walks -- more than he had handed out over his previous seven starts combined. Three of the free passes came to consecutive batters leading off the third frame, and all three of the recipients came around to score. The wildness was probably an aberration for Lopez considering his overall track record, but even when he's finding the strike zone, he's been struggling to get batters out. Over his past four starts, Lopez has allowed 21 earned runs over 20.2 innings, pushing his season ERA to a disappointing 5.45. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:15 pm
    • Struggles against Twins
Stroman allowed five runs on six hits and two walks while striking out two batters over 4.2 innings in a no-decision against Minnesota on Thursday.

Advice: Stroman was handed a 7-2 lead through four innings but couldn't go deep enough to qualify for the victory. He allowed two doubles and a walk while also hitting a batter in the fifth frame, retiring only two batters before he was pulled. This was a big letdown for Stroman after he notched four consecutive quality starts while posting a 1.01 ERA over his previous 26.2 innings coming into Thursday. He'll look to get back on track in his next outing, which tentatively lines up to take place in Kansas City next week. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:47 pm
    • Two steals in win
Witt went 1-for-4 with a walk and two stolen bases in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Witt has gone 13-for-31 (.419) with 10 RBI and three steals during his seven-game hitting streak. While he didn't score Thursday, he was active on the basepaths for his third multi-steal game of the season. The shortstop is up to a .317/.371/.560 slash line with 19 thefts, 11 home runs, 46 RBI and 54 runs scored through 63 games this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:30 pm

    • Blasts 18th homer
Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run in a 5-2 win against Washington on Thursday.

Advice: Ozuna gave Atlanta some breathing room with his two-run, eighth-inning blast that extended his team's lead from one run to three. It was the slugger's 18th long ball of the campaign, moving him into fourth place in the majors. Ozuna also ranks second with 55 RBI while slashing an excellent .312/.389/.611 through 252 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:29 pm

    • Impressive in win
Houck (6-5) allowed two runs on three hits and struck out nine over seven innings to earn the win Thursday over the White Sox. He did not issue a walk.

Advice: Houck carried a no-hitter through five innings, though the White Sox managed to tag him for one run in each of the sixth and seventh frames. The right-hander remains dialed in, having allowed just four runs over 27 innings across his last four starts. Houck is at a 1.91 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 84:15 K:BB over 85 innings through 13 starts this season. His next start is projected to be a challenging one at home versus the Phillies.
