    Ezequiel Tovar went 4-for-6 and delivered a game-winning hit in the bottom of the 11th as the Rockies upset the Phillies 3-2 on Friday.

    Advice: Jacob Stallings previously tied this one up by homering in the bottom of the ninth. Neither team scored in the 10th, and the Phillies also came up empty in the 11th before the Rockies won it. Tovar had a double and a second RBI in the game.   • Ty Blach works into seventh in victory
    Ty Blach delivered a quality start against the Phillies on Friday, allowing two runs over 6 2/3 innings in a no-decision.

    Advice: The runs came on homers from Nick Castellanos and Edmundo Sora in the fifth, but Blach remained in and pitched two more innings afterwards. He was actually at just 78 pitches when came out. Blach has a solid 4.55 ERA in four starts and three relief appearances for the Rockies, even though he’s fanned just 12 batters in 27 2/3 innings.     Cristopher Sánchez held the Rockies to one run in 5 1/3 innings in a no-decision Friday.

    José Alvarado took a blown save after giving up a game-tying homer to Jacob Stallings in the ninth inning Friday against the Rockies.

    Advice: Alvarado has a couple of losses, but this is his first blown save to go along with nine saves and four holds. He’s still the clear favorite for saves in Philadelphia.     Benintendi went 0-for-4 with a stolen base Friday against the Orioles.

    Advice: Benintendi has hit just .145 across 19 games in May and is hitless in five of his last seven starts.     Jon Berti suffered a calf injury during Friday’s game and likely will go on the injured list.

    Advice: Vaughn had dipped again recently, entering tonight in a 1-for-20 slump. He definitely seems to be swinging better now than he was a month ago, but he’s probably not going to get to the point at which he overcomes being part of such a bad offense in order to contribute in mixed leagues.     Advice: Triolo has struggled at the plate for much of the season, though Friday's long ball was his second in his last seven games. He's also hit .280 with four runs scored and six RBI in that span. So long as Ke'Bryan Hayes (back) is sidelined, Triolo should remain the primary starter at third base for Pittsburgh.
