• Morel hits 11th homer of season vs. White Sox
Christopher Morel went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the White Sox.

Advice: Morel hit his 11th home run of the season in the sixth inning off White Sox reliever Justin Anderson. After putting Cody Bellinger on first via a hit-by-pitch, Anderson hung a breaking ball to Morel, who blasted it 423 feet to deep left-center while cutting the White Sox’s lead to 5-3. In typical feast-or-famine fashion, Morel is now hitting .201 on the year with 16 extra-base hits and 37 RBI. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:28 pm
  • Hunter Goodman goes 0-for-3 in third straight game
Hunter Goodman went 0-for-3 and struck out twice Tuesday in the loss to the Reds.

Advice: The Rockies will probably drop either Goodman or Sean Bouchard when Nolan Jones comes off the IL, and they’ve given Goodman three straight starts to help his chances of sticking. Alas, he’s gone 0-for-9, leaving him at .169/.222/.339 in 63 plate appearances this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:26 pm

  • Goes deep in win
Greene went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Rangers.

Advice: Greene extended his hitting streak to six games, and he's batting .391 with two home runs during the hot stretch. Overall, the 23-year-old outfielder is batting .249 with 11 long balls, which matches his career-high total from last season. Greene is still a bit inconsistent at the plate, which isn't surprising for a player his age, but he's been dynamic when he's locked in Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:08 pm

  • Big effort in win
McKinstry went 2-for-4 with a triple and a two-run home run in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Rangers.

Advice: McKinstry launched his first home run of the season in the second inning, then followed with his second triple of the year in the fourth. While Javier Baez is still the team's primary option at shortstop, McKinstry has managed to carve out a sizeable role amid Baez's struggles at the plate. McKinstry is probably best suited as a utility player, however, so he likely will continue to move around the field rather than replace Baez altogether. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:01 pm

  • Riley Greene hits 11th homer in win over Rangers
Riley Greene went 1-for-4 with a home run in Tuesday’s win over the Rangers.

Advice: Greene smacked his 11th homer of the season off of Dane Dunning in the fifth inning to push the Tigers’ lead to 3-0. Greene has hit safely in six straight games and has two homers over that span. He continues to be a productive hitter at the top of the Tigers’ lineup and is fifth on the team with 24 RBI. • Nick Castellanos delivers walk-off hit vs. Brewers
Nick Castellanos delivered a game-winning single in the 10th inning on Tuesday, powering the Phillies to a 2-1 walk-off victory over the Brewers.

Advice: Castellanos snapped a 1-1 stalemate in extra-innings with a walk-off single to right field off Brewers reliever Joel Payamps. It was his lone hit in three at-bats, although he did draw a pair of walks in the extra-inning marathon. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:08 pm
  • Springer homers in blowout loss to Orioles
George Springer went 1-for-3 with a home run in Tuesday’s loss to the Orioles.

Advice: The Blue Jays continue to struggle at the plate, with Springer’s home run, his fifth of the season, serving as their only run on the day. Springer is batting just .213 on the season but is 10-for-26 in his last eight games, with two homers and four RBI over that span. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:55 pm
  • Cora: Tyler O’Neill (knee) to return on Wednesday
Red Sox manager Alex Cora told reporters Tyler O’Neill (knee) will return on Wednesday.

Advice: O’Neill went 0-for-3 on Tuesday in a minor league rehab contest for Triple-A Worcester and will rejoin the Red Sox for Wednesday’s showdown against the Braves at Fenway Park. The 28-year-old slugger has been out since late May due to right knee inflammation. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:53 pm

  • Jack Suwinski homers in win over Dodgers
Jack Suwinski hit a solo home run in a win over the Dodgers on Tuesday.

Advice: Suwinski was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis earlier in the day and responded with the only run of the game when he blasted a 375-foot home run off Tyler Glasnow in his first at-bat. He also struck out in his other two at-bats, and that’s a perfect encapsulation of Suwinski as a hitter. The 25-year-old had struggled to a .174/.268/.297 slash line before being demoted and was attempting to change his approach by being more aggressive in the zone to combat his high called-strike rate from 2023. There is clear fantasy upside here if Suwinski can make contact more consistently. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:50 pm
