    • Kyle Tucker (shin) remains out Friday vs. Angels
Kyle Tucker (shin) is not in the starting lineup for Friday’s game against the Angels.

Advice: Tucker will miss a third straight game while dealing with the shin contusion that he picked up Monday. The outfielder is considered day-to-day with a good chance to return to the lineup against the Halos before the end of the weekend. Trey Cabbage is starting in Tucker’s place. • Still out Friday
Tucker (lower leg) is not in the starting lineup for Friday's series opener against the Angels, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Advice: Tucker will miss a third straight start Friday after bruising his right shin Monday against the Cardinals when he fouled a ball off his lower leg. With Tucker beginning Friday's contest in the dugout, Trey Cabbage will start in right field and bat ninth against Angels right-hander Griffin Canning. Rotowire.com Today, 3:57 pm

    • Andrés Muñoz throws, could be available out of pen
Andrés Muñoz threw before Friday’s game and might be available to pitch against the Royals.

Advice: Muñoz has been unavailable since tweaking his already sore back on a collision at home plate during Tuesday’s game. Rotoworld Today, 3:53 pm
    • Shouldn't miss next start
Flaherty (back) said he expects "all systems go" for his next start, which is scheduled for Tuesday against Washington, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.

Advice: Flaherty was pulled after 60 pitches in his last start due to back tightness but it seems as though he's avoided any significant injury and is all but confirmed to face Washington. Considering back injuries can be touch-and-go, there remains a small risk that the issue will flare up again. Regardless, Flaherty is feeling good and is optimistic for Tuesday's start, where he'll look to extend his scoreless innings streak which stands at 11.2 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 12:52 pm

    • Twirls six scoreless innings
Woo (3-0) picked up the win Thursday, allowing two hits and no walks with six strikeouts across six scoreless innings against Oakland.

Advice: Woo threw a season-high 85 pitches Thursday, an encouraging sign for the 24-year-old after he missed all of April with elbow inflammation and exited his first start after his IL stint with forearm tightness. Even with a restricted pitch count, the right-hander has generated four consecutive quality starts and has fired 12 straight scoreless innings, giving him a 1.07 ERA and 24:2 K:BB through 33.2 innings. Woo's tentatively scheduled to face the White Sox on Tuesday. Rotowire.com Today, 6:27 am
    • Stuck with loss Thursday
Gaddis (3-2) took the loss Thursday versus the Royals, allowing one run on two hits over one inning.

Advice: Gaddis gave up the go-ahead run on a Kyle Isbel single in the eighth inning. This ended Gaddis' scoreless streak at 13.1 innings and gave him his first loss since April 30. The right-hander has been excellent in a setup role this year with a 1.84 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 26:5 K:BB to go with 13 holds over 29.1 innings. As long as this setback doesn't become a slump, he should continue to help the Guardians hold leads in the late innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:45 pm
    • Nabs 16th save
Iglesias pitched a perfect inning to earn a save against the Nationals on Thursday.

Advice: Iglesias made quick work of Washington in the ninth inning, needing just nine pitches to set the side down in order. The veteran closer has converted each of his past eight save chances, allowing three runs over 10 frames during that span. Iglesias hasn't been punching out batters at his usual rate this season -- he has just 16 strikeouts through 23.1 innings -- but he nonetheless is tied for fifth in the majors with 16 saves (in 18 chances). • Paul Sewald turns in hitless inning for save
Paul Seward pitched a hitless ninth with a one-run lead for his seventh save Thursday against the Padres.

Advice: Sewald has been about as tough as ever since returning from an oblique strain a month ago. He has a 0.87 ERA and is 7-for-7 saving games this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:11 pm
    • Collects seventh save
Sewald walked one and struck out one in a scoreless and hitless inning to earn the save in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Padres.

Advice: Sewald has three saves over four outings in June and is up to seven saves in as many chances this season. The closer has maintained excellent ratios as well with a 0.87 ERA, 0.48 WHIP and 11:2 K:BB over 10.1 innings. While the Diamondbacks have underwhelmed to limit Sewald's save chances, he's been nearly untouchable when called upon. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:58 pm
