    • Earns eighth save
Hader picked up a save against the Twins on Saturday, striking out one batter over a scoreless inning.

Advice: It was a relatively easy save chance for Hader, as he entered with a three-run lead. The southpaw had worked in a non-save situation in each of his previous three appearances, though he's clearly still in control of Houston's closer role. Hader has had a few rough outings this season but is 8-for-9 in save chances and has allowed just three earned runs and struck out 33 batters over his past 19.1 innings. • Josh Hader fires scoreless inning for save vs. Twins
Josh Hader worked a scoreless inning to get a save against the Twins on Saturday.

Advice: Hader did allow a walk and didn’t strike anyone out, but he was able to escape without a run while picking up his eighth save of the season. The 30-year-old should continue to be one of the finest closing options for the remainder of 2024. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:01 pm
    • Yields run, earns save
Iglesias allowed a run in the ninth inning while picking up a save against Oakland on Friday.

Advice: Iglesias notched his 14th save of the year with a fascinating outing. He gave up a leadoff double to Zack Gelof before recording three outs on three consecutive pitches. Gelof would come in to score after two straight groundouts but Atlanta secured the 4-2 win. Iglesias has converted six straight save chances and owns a 2.53 ERA through 21.1 innings. • Raisel Iglesias earns 14th save against A’s
Raisel Iglesias picked up his 14th save despite giving up a run in the ninth Friday against the A’s.

Advice: Zack Gelof doubled to start the inning and came around to score on a pair of groundouts. Fortunately, Iglesias was working with a three-run lead, so this one was never really in doubt. He’s 14-for-16 saving games this season. Rotoworld Friday, 7:25 pm
    • Josh Hader fans two in non-save situation vs. M’s
Josh Hader struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning on Thursday against the Mariners.

Advice: Hader got the call to protect a four-run advantage in a non-save situation and made things interesting by giving up singles to Julio Rodríguez and Ty France before striking out Dominic Canzone and getting Mitch Haniger to ground out to extinguish the threat. The 30-year-old lefty has allowed just two runs with a 20/4 K/BB ratio across 11 appearances since the start of May. Simply put, he remains one of the few elite closers in the fantasy landscape. • Nails down 13th save
Iglesias struck out two in a perfect ninth inning Tuesday to record his 13th save of the season in a 2-0 win over the Nationals.

Advice: The right-hander topped out at 97.5 mph and fired nine of 11 pitches for strikes as he breezed through the top of Washington's order. Iglesias appears to be finding his peak form, reeling off four straight scoreless appearances with a 5:0 K:BB. On the season, he sports a 2.21 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 16:5 K:BB through 20.1 innings. • Tosses seven no-hit innings
Brown didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the Brewers, allowing no hits and two walks across seven scoreless innings. He struck out 10

Advice: Brown was exceptional Tuesday, notching a career high in strikeouts and carrying a perfect game into the fifth inning when he walked Jake Bauers and Sal Frelick. Although Brown has bounced between the rotation and the bullpen this season, he's yielded one hit and four walks with 16 Ks across 11.0 innings during this stint as a starter -- an impressive stretch that could result in Brown sticking in the rotation long term. For now, Brown's expected to retake the mound Sunday against Cincinnati at Wrigley Field. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 6:14 am

    • Ben Brown no-hits the Brewers for seven innings
Ben Brown pitched seven innings of no-hit ball in the Cubs’ win over the Brewers on Tuesday.

Advice: Brown was excellent in this one. The righty needed just 41 pitches to get through the first four innings and struck out six of the first 12 batters he faced to start the game. His two walks allowed were his lone blemishes on the evening, but Brown has now allowed just two hits in his last 13 innings pitched while boasting a 19/5 K/BB ratio. Brown lowered his ERA to 2.72 on the season but was robbed of his second win after Hector Neris blew a save opportunity in the ninth. Brown will look to continue his hot streak in his next start on Sunday against the Reds. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:58 pm

    • Raisel Iglesias nails down 13th save in win
Raisel Iglesias threw a scoreless ninth inning to earn a save in a 2-0 win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Iglesias struck out two and didn’t allow a hit as he picked up his 13th save of the season. He doesn’t get the respect that other elite closers get, but Iglesias has been one of the most reliable options in fantasy baseball for a while now. He has a 2.21 ERA on the season and figures to remain near the league-leaders in saves as the season goes on. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:05 pm
