    • Strikes out 10 in win
Severino (5-2) allowed three hits and struck out 10 without walking a batter over six scoreless innings to earn the win Sunday over the Cubs.

Advice: Severino was dealing, making a great rebound after getting touched up for six runs versus the Rangers in his last start. He's posted a quality start in four of his last six outings, allowing 14 runs (13 earned) with a 27:8 K:BB across 38.2 innings in that span. The right-hander is at a 3.29 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 71:31 K:BB through 90.1 innings across 15 starts, with Sunday's start being the fourth time he's avoided issuing a walk this season. Severino is projected to make his next start at home versus the Astros. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:05 pm

    • Collects fourth straight win
Myers (5-2) allowed one run on five hits and struck out three without walking a batter over five innings to earn the win Sunday over the Padres.

Advice: Myers is undefeated in June, going 4-0 with just two runs allowed over 25.1 innings across four starts. The 25-year-old right-hander has a 3.12 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 45:16 K:BB over 52 innings through 11 appearances (10 starts) this season. Sunday was the first time since May 31 that he didn't pitch past the fifth inning -- he exited with 78 pitches (56 strikes). He's tentatively lined up to make his next start at home versus the Cubs. • Luis Severino dominates in victory over Cubs
Luis Severino delivered a dominant performance in Sunday night’s victory over the Cubs, piling up 10 strikeouts over six innings of shutout baseball.

Advice: The right-hander allowed just three hits on the night — all of them singles — and didn’t walk a batter. Severino generated 14 swings and misses on 102 pitches in the ballgame — seven of those on his heater which averaged 96.8 mph in the contest — while posting a CSW of 28 percent. Now 5-2 on the season, Severino will carry a 3.29 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and a 71/31 K/BB ratio (90 1/3 innings) into Sunday’s showdown against the Astros. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:21 pm

    • Tobias Myers dominates again in win over Padres
Tobias Myers picked up his fourth consecutive victory on Sunday, limiting the Padres to just one run on five hits over his five innings of work.

Advice: The 25-year-old hurler struck out three batters on the afternoon and didn’t issue a free pass. The lone tally against him came on a two-out RBI single by Luis Arraez in the fifth inning, then Myers punched out Jurickson Profar to end that threat. He got seven swings and misses on 78 pitches in the ballgame, registering a CSW of 28 percent. He’ll look to keep the good times rolling as he carries a 3.12 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and a 45/16 K/BB ratio (52 innings) into Saturday’s showdown against the Cubs in Milwaukee. • Confirmed for Tuesday
The Cardinals list Gibson (back) as their probable starter for Tuesday's game against Atlanta at Busch Stadium.

Advice: After coming off the bereavement list Wednesday, Gibson had been scheduled to start the Cardinals' series finale versus the Marlins later in the day, but he ended up being scratched shortly before opening pitch due to his back tightening up on him while he was going through his pregame routine. Matthew Liberatore was called upon for a spot start Wednesday in his stead, but Gibson looks like he'll be ready to go for his next turn through the Cardinals rotation. The veteran right-hander has submitted quality starts in three of his last five outings while turning in a 2.20 ERA and 1.05 WHIP over that stretch. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:13 am

    • Fans eight in no-decision
Parker did not factor into the decision in a loss to the Rockies on Saturday, allowing four runs on six hits and two walks over six innings while striking out eight.

Advice: All four runs against Parker came over the first three innings, topped off by a three-run blast from Brendan Rodgers. However, the right-hander would go on to finish strong, striking out the side in the sixth and fanning six of the final 12 batters he faced on the night. Parker matched his season high with eight strikeouts in the contest, and he's now gone at least six innings in three of his last four starts, posting a 15:5 K:BB over that stretch. • Blanks KC for third win
Gray (3-3) picked up the win Saturday, allowing two hits over six scoreless innings in a 6-0 victory over the Royals. He struck out three.

Advice: Both hits were third-inning singles, but Gray shut down the rally and proceeded to retire the final 10 batters he faced before exiting. The right-hander tossed 72 pitches (51 strikes) en route to his sixth quality start of the season, but Saturday marked the first time he'd lasted at least six innings in a start since May 15. Gray will take a 3.03 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 68:19 K:BB through 71.1 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend in Baltimore. Rotowire.com Sunday, 5:24 am

    • Mitchell Parker whiffs eight in no-decision
Mitchell Parker allowed four runs over six innings on Saturday in a no-decision against the Rockies.

Advice: The positive news here is that Parker notched eight strikeouts and managed to somewhat survive Coors Field’s high-octane offensive environment. He gave up six hits, including a three-run homer to Brendan Rodgers, which accounted for most of the damage against him in this one. He’s been a nice waiver wire addition for fantasy managers in deeper mixed leagues and will bring a respectable 3.30 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 58/17 K/BB ratio across 73 2/3 innings (13 starts) into a road tilt on Friday against the Rays. • Falters against Yankees
Morton (4-4) allowed five runs on five hits and five walks while striking out four over 5.2 innings to take the loss versus the Yankees on Saturday.

Advice: Morton matched his season high with the five walks, something he has done three times this year. He's also given up five or more runs in three of his last five outings. The 40-year-old has done a good job of eating innings, but the results have been mediocre -- he's at a 4.20 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 80:35 K:BB over 79.1 innings through 14 starts. Morton is projected to make his next start on the road versus the White Sox in a makeup game for a rainout from April 3. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:53 pm
