The 27-year-old is up to a .261/.350/.416 slash line with five home runs, eight stolen bases, 18 RBI, 40 runs scored, 15 doubles and four triples over 71 games this season.       Rengifo suffered a left wrist contusion in Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Giants, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports. He went 1-for-2 with a run scored prior to his departure.

      Advice: Rengifo took a line drive single from Matt Chapman off his left arm in the bottom of the fourth inning while playing third base, exiting the contest thereafter. The 27-year-old underwent X-rays, which showed just a contusion, and he said that he expects to play Monday against the Brewers. Rengifo can be considered day-to-day for the time being.       Luis Rengifo (wrist) told reporters after Sunday’s game that he expects to play on Monday.

      Advice: Rengifo was pulled from Sunday’s game after being drilled in the wrist by a ball off the bat of Matt Chapman. He did undergo precautionary X-rays that ruled out any fractures though and was diagnosed with a left wrist contusion.       Luis Rengifo was diagnosed with a left wrist contusion after being hit by a batted ball during Sunday’s contest against the Giants.

      Advice: Presumably, he has already undergone imaging that ruled out any fractures, but the announcement from the Angels was simply that he was dealing with a left wrist contusion.       Advice: On the third pitch he saw, Lindor took Dylan Cease deep for his first leadoff homer since 2019. It was his 12th home run this season and the third in his last nine games. Lindor has been on a steady climb for about a month now with an average of .303 over his last 25 games.       Advice: Rengifo doubled in the first inning but was left stranded at third. In the seventh, he produced the game-winning run on a two-out RBI single that he followed with a stolen base. After swiping just six bases in 126 games last year, Rengifo has taken off with 18 thefts through 54 contests this season.
